A host who goes above and beyond
We stayed at this property for two nights and everything was exactly as described. Georgios, the owner, picked us up from the ferry free of charge and welcome to us with homemade Raki and fresh cut fruits and cheese in the yard.
After getting a tour of the place, we had a great stay. The walk is about 5 to 10 minutes into town. The house is spacious and everything was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked and they even left some groceries for us.
Upon a departure, we needed some extra help when we realized a rental car was required for our next stop and Giorgios helped us secure a car and drove us to the next destination. This was very nice of him and certainly not a requirement and we are very appreciative. (I wanted to pay him, but he didn't accept the money.)
If you want an authentic experience in Naxos, I highly recommend staying in this house.
