We had a wonderful stay here, would definitely recommend this hotel, so easy to get around all the island , but also enough nearby to not have to go far. Rooms and pool area were lovely, all areas very clean and well maintained, loved our cave like shower. Beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants, mini markets within walking distance. Hotel staff were very friendly and other to help, will definitely back.

Okay property. Pretty views. Had a very terrible experience checking in. The actual receiptionist had a friendly tone but it was confusing why they didn’t have our reservation booked months ago. Understandable things can happen. We are easy going people. When our reservation was not found we wanted to verify the room type we had is what we were put into because they seemed to not have our reservation. We told the receptionist to verify once she found the reservation that it was definitely the room type she had brought us to. Naturally we had questions and uneasiness because our friends who booked after us had their reservation in the system. At some point a phone was handed over to us that was supposedly the owner on the other line. She was verifying the room we had was what was booked. Which is fine. BUT the owner on the phone was yelling on the phone, you do not complain okay?! Extreme unwarranted rudeness and terribly handled. She said I don’t want any complaints from you ok?! Very strange and uncomfortable, for this reason we would not recommend or stay again. Felt sick to my stomach never been treated this poorly in any of our travel. Made us feel very unwelcome and uneasy for the rest of the stay. Wierd vibe compared to the multiple trips taken to many other hotels. We did not want to go back to the hotel or enjoy it due to the owners rude and unwelcoming demeanor. I think all of the other staff had normal courtesy, wish the owner would have the same approach.

This property is Amazing very clean and up to date. The grounds are beautiful and the Pool area is great. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is Greek inspired and changes everyday thanks to the amazing cook Elsa !! We will be definitely come back and staying here again.

Thr hotel staff were very kind and helpful We enjoyed the clean beautiful hotel and well kept grounds and pool area.. The breakfasts were well made and we felt like we were eating delicious food in a welcoming Greek home. My eighty-eight year young mom enjoyed the luxurious spa treatment and attention paid to her during our three night stay. Thanks so much for all of the recommendations which made our stay on Naxos Island memorable.

The staff was the best. As a solo traveler i really look at reviews for how helpful and welcoming staff are to guests. Anna and the team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, find things to do, and really take advantage of the island. It is such a short walk to the beach, the bus stop, the Agia Anna port, and two supermarkets!

Loved this gem of a hotel

Great little hotel in Agia Anna. Everything you need is down the street - market, stores, beach, restaurants, bus stop. Staff are wonderful - Christina at the front desk and Elizabeth who made wonderful breakfasts every day. Didn’t get to try out the onsite spa

Serene luxuruous stay near a vibrant beach

The Cycladic Hotels is one of the most amazing places we have stayed in a long time! The quiet atmosphere of the hotel combined with the vibrant beach life (day and night) at a short walking distance is what made our stay perfect. The relatively large swimming pool, the friendly and helpful staff and of course the home made breakfast (different every day) were the cherry on top of an already perfect stay. I couldn't r commend this place more and will definitely book again if I'm back in Naxos.

Would stay again

Very nice hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean. A few minutes walk to a nice beach and restaurants, would still recommend having a car so you can go into town and explore the island. Breakfast was very nice and the lady who prepared the food was friendly and helpful. We actually extended our stay, unfortunately the hotel asked us to change rooms when we extended which was a bit annoying but otherwise everything was great.

Beautiful hotel in quiet area near Agia Anna

This is a beautiful and welcoming hotel a short walk from the beach and restaurants of Agia Anna. My room (the Naxos suite) was spacious and bright, with a lovely balcony view down to the sea. The breakfasts are wonderful, with lots of options to suit everyone. The walk home in the evenings was filled with the lovely sound of the chirping of cicadas. Agia Anna is a quiet area with extensive beaches, restaurants and a handful of markets -- very quiet and relaxing -- but also a short bus ride into Chora should one want to go shopping or visit the Old Town. The Cycladic Islands Hotel & Spa makes a wonderful base for visiting Naxos.

The rooms and property were awesome. The pool was lovely. Beaches are within walking distance, although it is a typical Greek island walk in that there are no sidewalks. So be careful of cars. Lots of restaurants near the beach as well. Easy to get around by bus too.

Nice hotel with amazing staff!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are very big and the pool area is great. The breakfast is amazing with fresh local dishes prepared every morning and explained with a smile - the breakfast is definitely is a big bonus to this hotel. The only issue we had was the location as it is a short walk from the beach and local bars and restaurants, which at night can be a bit scary as there is no pavement! Saying this, we wouldn’t let that stop us from returning and would consider hiring a vehicle next time to get round this. Overall we would not hesitate in recommending this hotel as it had everything we needed and the staff were very accommodating!

This was one of the most lovely hotels I've ever stayed at. The price was very reasonable, the rooms were clean and the staff was so nice. Anytime we need a taxi they would call one for us. The lady who did the breakfast was so sweet and would walk us through each thing she cooked. It was a very quick walk to the beach, though beware there is no sidewalk. It was a little nerve-wracking the first time but drivers were pretty careful and we didn't feel like we were going to get hit. The pool was gorgeous as well.

Beautiful property, close to the beach

This is a lovely, newer property a short walk away from the beach and restaurants. Room is large and well equipped; very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Everything was spotless. The front desk receptionist is extremely welcoming and helpful. She shared great tips on where to visit on the island as we rented a moto. Delicious breakfast and the cook greeted us and explained each dish that she had created. Tip: bring a headlamp or be sure to use your cell phone flashlight when walking in the evening so that vehicles can see you.

I was very unhappy with this hotel. It is in desperate need of a refresh. The furniture was chipped and tired. The screens in the windows were bent and did not close, it could use a paint job, The room felt tired. They were stingy with the beach towels, and the coffee at breakfast was the worst coffee I have had in Greece. Greek coffee is usually fantastic. This hotel was using some awful type of automatic machine that spat out all the types of beverages they offered ... so I refrained from having coffee for the bulk of my stay there. Bought it on the street. In addition my booking with Expedia had a check out time at noon. In the room it said 11am checkout. I brought this to the attention of the hotel owner. I ended up having to argue with the hotel owner to honor what was agreed to on my paperwork with Expedia. The pool area was nice, but I did not spend anytime at the pool. (Because I did not like the hotel owner’s attitude) and chose to not be in their presence. They were around the pool area and front desk, so I avoided the pool and opted for the beach instead. Apparently the management for this hotel changed within the last year. I absolutely do not think it was a luxury experience. More like a 2 star. The positive reviews are probably linked with the past management.
