THE TERRACE HAS 8 METERS.EVERYTHING IS NEW. VERY CLOSE YOU HAVE RESTAURANTS ,BAR AND BEACH BAR ,SHOPS ,SUPERMARKET,FARMACY,SWIMMING POOL, PLAYGROUNDS FOR CHILDREN. FREE PARKING,PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
