Inside, you'll have a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and TVs in both bedrooms. Outside, you're within walking distance of the beach and nearby restaurants, with free on-site parking for easy exploring.

The balcony is one of the best parts of the condo. Grab your favorite drink, step outside, and watch the evening sky light up over Navarre Beach. After a full day of sun and sand, it's the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the sunset.

Leave the car behind and walk to the beach in approximately 5 minutes. Whether you're heading out for a morning walk, spending the entire day in the sand, or sneaking in one last sunset stroll, the Gulf is close by.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire condo during their stay.



A unique personal access code will be provided for the front door, making check-in simple and convenient.



Guests also have access to the community pool and free on-site parking.



Please note that stairs are required to reach the condo and there is no elevator.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Gulf Boulevard in the heart of Navarre Beach, Sunset Point puts you close to some of the area's best beach-day essentials.



Walk across the street for easy beach access, or head out on foot to several nearby restaurants, including Beach House Social, Andy D's, Windjammers on the Pier, and Juana's Pagodas & Sailors' Grill - all approximately one mile or less from the condo.



The Navarre Beach Fishing Pier and other island attractions are also nearby, making it easy to enjoy the area without having to get in the car every time you leave the condo.



Spend the morning on the beach, walk out for lunch or dinner, cool off in the community pool, and finish the evening watching the sunset from your private balcony.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended if you plan to explore more of Navarre, Pensacola Beach, or the surrounding Gulf Coast, but you won't necessarily need one for every part of your stay.
