Relax in this recently remodeled, exquisite 2400 square foot Townhouse, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, that provides breathtaking views of the Gulf and the Sound! The large great room, with its crown molding, high ceilings and travertine tile floors, is an elegant setting and provides plenty of space to gather around the 75" ultra high definition smart TV. The open floor plan connects to the dining room and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with custom cabinets, granite countertops, a spacious center island, and upgraded stainless steel appliances. Exit the great room through the double sets of french doors to the balcony for outside dining, grilling, relaxing or sun bathing to the sounds of waves crashing while viewing the amazing Gulf sunset. The main floor is completed by an Ensuite Bedroom with a king-size bed connected to a full sized, newly remodeled tile and granite countertop bathroom. Across the hall is the spacious laundry room with oversized washer and dryer and even a small extra refrigerator.

Parking
The ground level offers exterior parking and is limited to 4 cars near the property's left side (west side) as you enter the property. Please park only in front of the 7600 Gulf Blvd space, NOT in front of adjacent Townhouse driveway and door/garage entrances. PEACEFUL EASY FEELING is an "End Unit" of a 3 Condo Building. Care must be taken to not block the entrances or parking spaces of the adjacent 2 Condos. Public Beach Access - 37B and Parking are just across Gulf Blvd from the Condo.
