Florida's Best Kept Secret Navarre Beach -Outstanding Value

Florida's Best-Kept Secret - Navarre Beach is like 'Heaven on Earth'. Enjoy the beautiful 'Crystal Blue Waters' and 'White as Sugar' sand beach similar to Destin and Pensacola Beach along Santa Rosa Island and adjoins the Gulf Islands National Seashore (miles of unspoiled uninhabited beaches in the Gulf Islands National Park). Fish from the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico.

Our first floor vacation rental condo is conveniently located on the first floor and has a king-size bed with Sealy Posterpedic mattress in the master bedroom and regular twin-size bunk beds in the hallway. The condo has a large kitchen with ceramic tile, two full baths, a queen size sleeper, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. It also has a private outside balcony.

This is the perfect vacation location for relaxation and action and is situation next to miles of gorgeous uninhabited beaches and emerald waters and within 30 minutes of Destin and Pensacola Beach.

Location was perfect close to the beach! It felt like home. I was happy that we literally had all the essentials. Bed was comfortable, and the owner responded so quickly! I didn’t ask her for the pool code, so if you go you will need that if you desire to swim.

Another wonderful year at Gulf Island Condos

We rent this condo every year and it never disappoints. Gulf and sound side beaches are a short walk away. The pool and the property is well maintained. It is so convenient to stores, the national seashore, and Navarre pier. Can’t wait to come back here next year!

Great Adventure Base

This Condo on Navarre Beach is a great base for Northern Florida adventures. The appliances worked well and sleeping arrangements were very fine. We explored Santa Rosa Island from the Naval Live Oaks Preserve to Destin. The Fishing Pier gave one of us a great opportunity to fish, and free parking at the pier was a plus for transporting gear. Restaurants in the area were within easy reach and served great seafood.

Cons: The condo is small, but doable. The living room furniture isn't very comfortable and the king bed mattress has little support. Pros: Host's communication was good. We loved the location of the condo. The bottom floor and across the street from a beach access. The size of the small kitchen was good! We had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the two porch chairs. Also this is fairly affordable property. We really enjoyed our time here. Overall we really liked this condo.

Great for the price & found the beach chairs on check-out day

We stayed October 23-26, 2024. The location is easy access to the beach and fairly close to all of the “activities” in Navarre Beach. There were a few minor maintenance issues with the property but nothing that interrupted our stay. In fact, they are items I could fix and considered asking the owner for staying privileges if I did a little work. Lol. The one thing we wish we would have known was there were some beach chairs under the bunk beds. We found those as we were checking out. Additionally, I didn’t find any beach towels, so you may consider bring your own. We would stay again!

Economically friendly

We took a girls trip. There was plenty of space for us, It is a little outdated. Could use different furniture since there is only really space for 3 people to sit. The refrigerator needs to be fixed. The holders on the door are held together by tape. It has wifi but it doesn’t work in the bedroom. Close to the beach and walkable to the local bar/restaurant.

We usually book about 6 months in advance. This trip was a decision made a few months ago. We usually stay on the beach, but weren't willing to pay the last minute prices to stay on the beach. Vickie was very responsive and polite. The condo was a perfect size for the two of us, and was in a nice location. It was a quiet area. The condo could use a deep cleaning, paint and an update. Very nice host

Vickie the host was very nice and answered texts/emails very quickly. The condo was clean but needed a deep clean and fresh coat of paint. The tub was rough looking. I showered in my flip flops. The living room area was not comfortable, it desperately needed a new couch. The walls were thin, but the noise wasn't too bad since schools haven't let out quite yet. The balcony was the biggest disappointment. It just faced the parking lot and if you sat out there all you heard were car doors slamming. Overall, I think it was ok. The king size bed was comfortable. For the price, I would say it was a pretty good value.

My daughter and I had an excellent stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well taken care of.
