Welcome to your ideal Navarre Beach retreat—a luxurious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom private home perfectly situated just steps from the Gulf of Mexico and a short stroll to the serene Santa Rosa Sound.

Spacious Open Floor Plan: The main level features a large kitchen, living, and dining area bathed in natural light from expansive windows and enhanced by high ceilings.
Elegant Interiors: Enjoy tile flooring, granite countertops, and a well-appointed kitchen equipped with upscale stainless steel appliances. The living room offers a flat-screen TV and wireless internet for your entertainment.
Outdoor Living: Front and back balconies provide generous spaces for relaxation and entertaining, perfect for savoring breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Sleeping Arrangements:
First Floor Master Suite: King bedroom with an adjoining private bath featuring a tub and walk-in shower.
Second Floor Bedrooms: Two spacious queen bedrooms and a bedroom with four single beds, sharing a full bathroom.

Family-Friendly Amenities:
Ideal for families including an entertainment area in the garage with 65” TV, ping pong table, beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and toys are provided for your use. Bikes, a kayak, and a paddleboard (a $500 deposit is required). A 6-passenger golf cart is included.

Local Attractions:
Without ever leaving the island, you will find a wide range of activities to fulfill your days and nights. This home is centrally located, so you can drive to the pier and beaches within a few minutes. For a day of adventure, Juana’s offers bodyboarding, personal watercraft and boat rentals. Navarre is a short drive, only 2 miles away, and offers shopping and dining.

Our family of 5 had plenty of space and felt like we were right at home.This home is a short walk from the beach public access. It also had all the beach equipment needed to enjoy a day at the beach. The mornings were beautiful enjoying the front porch seating and evenings on the back deck.
