After the day's adventures, relax inside with air-conditioned comfort and streaming entertainment on the smart TV in the living room. The kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils you'll need for home cooking, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Additional home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer and dryer. The home features a split-level floor plan with upstairs bedrooms equipped with private bathrooms for guest convenience and privacy. A half-bath is located on the main floor for household use.

Senior trip for seniors

Great place for families on a budget.

We discovered Sugar Beach in 2021 and love the condos. We have stayed three different times and it’s a great place for a family on a budget. The condos are clean and quiet and have always been exactly as described. It’s a very short walking distance to the beach ( few hundred feet) I do recommend bringing your own toilettes as a very small amount is provided. It would be nice to get more than one days worth on trash bags and soap but not really something to complain about as long as you know and are prepared. Bring your own oils to cook with also. We will return!

My stay

When we arrived, our check in code did not work. I had to call Vacasa and try several different codes before we finally got in. We loved the place, it looked as advertised and was at a great location. Unfortunately, cable guys showed up every day to work on the cable boxes. They weren’t unpleasant, but we didn’t anticipate their arrival. The whole experience was great and I would go back.

Excellent stay. Great location. Safe quiet neighborhood. We got there early and were anxious to get to the beach. Doors didnt unlock until 30 minutes beyond check in. Other than that it was amazing. The umbrella and beach chairs at the beach included in the stay was an added bonus.

Great value for the price

After being unable to obtain accommodations at our usual property, we found Sugar Beach D-17 listed on vacasa at an exceptional price, about half its typical listed price. There were only two of us staying so there was plenty of room. After some difficulty gaining entry due to an incorrect entry code provided we found the property spotless. It doesn't appear to have been updated recently, furnishings show some wear and tear and are a bit dated but everything was serviceable. The kitchen was very well equipped. WiFi, a previously reviewed issue, was very intermittent. During our stay the service provider did some line maintenance in the area which largely fixed the issue, though it still tended to disconnect late at night, For us, it was an outstanding value given the discounted rental price for a cozy place to stay within the complex with direct access to the beach.

Great Area, Needs Slight Improvements

This as a great location to have a nice and quiet beach vacation. It was not too crowded, but we were only a short drive from stores and food chains across the bridge. My friends and I really enjoyed the restaurants that were in a walking distance (towards the bridge). We received spectacular service everywhere we went. This townhouse is in an HOA and has a few rules about quiet hours, but it did not really bother us. The only issue that we had at this location was the cleanliness. When we walked in we did not really notice anything super dirty. However, when we were playing a round of uno on the living room floor we noticed trash had been stuffed under one of the couches. A little later one of my friends was about to start unpacking when she found a pair of undergarments stuffed between the bed and the wall. We know for certain that it did not belong to any of us. The next day, we found a roach in one of the kitchen drawers. Other than these issues, we had a great time at this location.

Decent home

Quick beach trip

We loved the beach and location of the property but there was a bug issue in the kitchen especially when trying to cook , they would come out I contacted rental company said they would have it taken care of
