"Coastal Vibes staff are the best!! Have worked with them for many years here and for Destin West. This condo has been a favorite of ours. It has everything we need to have a wonderful vacation. It is always clean, well taken care of and a perfect location. We love it so much, we have already booked it for 2 weeks next year!! Highly recommend Summerwind 201 and the Coastal Vibe group!!!"

"Great view of the beach and the fishing pier! We could see the dolphins In the ocean, easy access to the beach and pool and had the chairs and umbrella on the beach included with the room! Bed was comfortable, kitchen was nice and had all the supplies you needed."

"Great little place for a quick last minute plan for a girls weekend. Location is perfect for shops and night entertainment! "

"The beds were clean and comfortable. The AC was reliable. But the wifi didn't work 3 out of the 5 times I tried to login. The bathroom needed painting and maintenance. It took more than 5 minutes of running the shower to get hot water. Maybe because we were at the end of the building? I explained better from the Wyndham name."

"The property needs updating. Was not comfortable. Washer did not work. It rained and for two days we stepped into water outside our room in front of elevator that covered our shoe bottoms. Patio furniture very uncomfortable. Pool and hot tub closed even before rain started. No lightening at that point. Sofa and love seat were visibly stained. Not worth what we paid. "
