Luxury Villa, 225 m2, With sea Views, in Exclusive Urbanization

Since it was late December one of our primary concerns was the weather. We wanted to get a place that had ample indoor space for seven people in case of inclement weather. This property was more than great for this reason. The pictures on the website accurately portrayed the unit, which in my experience is unusual. The interior decorations were neutral, something else we also look for in rentals as we don’t want to feel like we are squatting in someone’s home. The view is spectacular, the amenities in the units were all we needed, and the location near the Rota naval base insured we were able to see our daughter. Just one minor recommendation, the bathrooms could use hooks to hang towels on and a ping-pong table in the basement would have been a great amenity.…Since it was late December one of our primary concerns was the weather.
