"Beds were changed in one room to bunk beds from 2 twins next to each other and it wasnt updated on vrbo, it was dusty and the appliances weren't wiped out. There were some cockroaches in a bedroom but it had just been sprayed. But none of that deterred us from enjoying the house and all the extras it had provided, great location, 5 min walk to/from beach, good food nearby. And the host was awesome!"

"Pros: outdoor lounging pool; security lighting; sleeps 6-7; clean; pet-friendly; great location near the beach; nice little back porch; spacious refrigerator; very comfortable mattress; great internet and Roku TV; convenient parking. Cons: Comfortable room for two; lack of kitchen linens and hand towels in general; very hard to regulate temperature in shower, either extremely hot or barely warm; advertised as tiny home but is actually a destination RV; the dryer was awful in the combo washer/dryer, ended up hanging clothes outside to dry. Overall we would definitely recommend Seabird Symphony beach tiny home."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented La Casa Bonita several times, mostly because of its proximity to the beach and the comfort it provides. We have always found the property to be very well maintained, and, other than the washer not working and having to call maintenance to get the television working properly, we encountered no problems. I especially enjoyed being able to sit on the porch to read and relax while still enjoying a good view of the gulf. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. We have, in previous visits, enjoyed meals at Stingray, and we have patronized the Big Store. I hope to return."
