This apartment is the perfect retreat for those seeking a mountain getaway. Its strategic location makes it ideal for skiing in winter and hiking in summer, providing an exceptional experience year-round. Additionally, the area offers a variety of restaurants and bars where you can savor delicious local cuisine and enjoy a lively nightlife.

Layout
This charming duplex can accommodate up to 4 people, distributed in two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

On the main floor, there is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area can seat six people. From the living room, you can access a terrace with stunning panoramic mountain views. There is also a toilet on this floor.

On the upper floor, there are two bright and cozy bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and feature the characteristic sloped ceilings of the region.

During the winter season, the apartment offers a parking space and a ski locker at Val de Ruda.

Clean and well appointed

Beautiful and well appointed place. Easy communication. Location is misrepresented. You don't see it in the pictures but this place is at the main road. Cars driving by all the time. Also we were required to type in an 8 digit code each time we entered the apartment which was quite cumbersome.
