In the district of Poumeyrette 4.5 km from the centre of Naujac-sur-Mer, 6 km from the centre of Lesparre, 11 km from the centre of Hourtin, 17 km from the sea, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop "Lesparre-Medoc" 6 km, sandy beach "Le Pin Sec" 17 km. Surf school 17 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances bien reposante dans cette maison agréable à vivre et propre. La maison est vraiment charmante et bien que les propriétaires soient à côté, ils sont hyper discrets. La cuisine est ultra bien équipée, avec un super barbecue dehors Les plages sont assez loin mais finalement la maison est assez centrale pour découvrir la région. Le seul bémol est que les draps et serviettes ne sont pas compris dans le prix (comme indiqué) ce qui est contraignant.
