I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. As a solo woman traveler safety is my number one concern and I felt incredibly safe here. The property is extremely clean. The staff is wonder and your host Ganesh and Saroj are wonderful and will ensure you have a pleasant stay- along with the rest of the staff. This is definitely an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Thamel, Kathmandu!

My stay was pleasant and great. The manager (Ram) was welcoming and addressed any concerns I had. He even had one of his staff members (Nishesh thapa) go find me an ESIM card. Which was greatly appreciated. The manager and the staff went out of there way. Location was great. Breakfast was Yummy. Would stay again.

personal fav spot in thamel. Have been coming to the milestone hotel from last summer, for weekend. Very quiet despite being in the heart of thamel. Great coffee and breakfast in the rooftop restaurant.

"Really nice stay at the Hyatt. The grounds are very well maintained and the Suite access was a definite plus. Only area of improvement is communication of the staff. We requested an early breakfast as we were leaving before 6am for a flight, which was confirmed multiple times by the staff. Unfortunately ..."
