"This place was great other than their ridiculous elevator! The one on the right side stops at the second floor every single time, up or down, causing huge disruption around check out, but just generally annoying the rest if the time. Other than that it it’s a good set up, pretty well maintained, bigger hotel rooms, in a great neighborhood"

"We had a great stay at the Casual Vintage Valencia and the staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel is in a fantastic central location and perfect for a trip to Valencia. As a family it was also great that they had the quadruple family rooms available. Whilst there was a problem with our reservation, the staff handled the situation very well and managed to resolve the issue and offered us breakfast by way of apology which was appreciated. We would definitely recommend and stay again."

"The hotel is well located on the shopping center. Close to metro north. Tye staff is great and knowledgeable about most stuff. The property is lacking behind with maintenance and care. Mold on the shower seems and bathroom floors with some water damage in the ceiling."
