The staff were extremely professional and courteous, especially Mr. Amin and Mr. Waleed, who truly know how to treat guests. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. "
