"Front desk staff does not speak much English, standing there, waiting and they busy talking mandarin to each other for a long time.
Information is limited due to language at check-in and check-out.
I had to find my own taxi when checking out busy attending to local people buying breakfast coupons.
This is English speaking country and front desk is face of the hotel."

"The hotel doesn't have an elevator and have no one to help you assist with your luggage. The breakfast was a disappointment. The staff needs a little improvement in hospitality. "

"This place is decent for the price, the rooms are a good size bit dated. The WiFi is good included a basic breakfast. Location is ok around 15/20 mins walk to the main area. The reason for the average score is you can here the street noise especially early morning with all the horning."

"On April 7th I checked into the hotel. Upon arrival I paid with my credit card for the stay until April 10 total 89340 Guyana dollars, the receipt number is 7610. That same day I checked in the Manager came into my unit 101 with two glasses full of alcohol and she put a tablet in the glass saying that it will cool my skin. I passed out for a long time but my money was missing 1000 USD when I woke up. I continued my stay until my family picked me up. That money was for the orphanage I grew up in. I came back home on April 13th and I still feel sick. I request a refund for my stay there and for the money missing. April 24 the manager contacted me in Canada asking if I was sick. I told her I was still sick. She my got number from the private information in the hotel. This is a misconduct of private customer information. I did not enjoy my stay here and won't be coming back. "
