"Excellent stay as always. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Love the chocolate chip cookies. The bed was super comfortable and very quiet. This is our only hotel that we stay in Boise because of how great it is."

"Good location close to the airport. Free airport shuttle is nice and easy to find. Hotel is clean and quiet and the staff was very nice. Not much to do nearby so a rental car or Uber is needed."

"Breakfast was ok with the normal selection of eggs, waffles and coffee but the cleanliness of the room was questionable. The floors of the bathroom and bedroom held visible filth. The place allowed pets which would be ok if our neighbors had not left their dogs alone, barking all night while they went out. Attempts to call the front desk to ask for assistance on this matter went unanswered so we got very little sleep before our 4 am wake up for our flight."

"Only one room was available when I arrived and I had to take it and it was next to the elevator. Asked for a breakfast bag as I was leaving before their assigned breakfast time. In it was one apple, one dry bagel and a small bottle of water. Very basic motel and not up to Hampton Inn's previous standards. Won't stay there again."
