"The room we stayed at was wonderful, all the staff were accommodating and considerate and SOO kind. Our group didn’t speak much Spanish but they went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us when we needed. Breakfasts were wonderful (loved the oriental rice) and one of the security men helped us with our wheelchair without fail every time we came and left (which was a lot). Highly recommend. Also wonderful atmosphere and the kitchen space was super useful. will definitely go back on our next visit :)"

"The room was clean and the staff was kind. Good water pressure. The only thing would have made this a 5 star rating is if the water had been really hot. It was nice just not as worm as I expected. I did not get to try the breakfast because we had to leave very early. "

"Nothing special, the included breakfast is decent enough. There is no iron, not even to borrow they make you go through an external iron/laundry service for a fee, and make sure your TV works with all 10 remote controls they give you 🙄. You also don't need an alarm, you will be woken up by the cleaning staff at 7am with their loud 2-way radios on full blast."

"10/10 starts for the Staff! The courtesy, happily answering all my questions, some orientation I needed, explaining all amenities; Alfredo was amazing; room spotless and super comfortable bed with like 6 pillows which I LoVe! Also great restaurant on site with delicious breakfast and also had my dinner one night as I was too tired to go out. Great cocktails also! Loved my stay here. "
