"I left the hotel earlier and they never refunded my money. They claimed it's up to Orbitz and Orbitz claimed it's up to Citilodge Abuja. Either they are dishinest or Orbitz is dishonest. Either way, same difference; I booked through Orbitz and paid to Orbitz. They both have records that I checked out three nights earlier. After over 20 years as a loyal customer, I'm done with Orbitz. "

"The place was very bad. The pictures showing on the web sites is not the same. The building conditions was in terrible shape. The rooms are very bad. I don’t know what kind of words I should use to describe that dirty place they call it hotel. I have to select a room from 8 rooms they show me and non was suitably to sleep in . The final one I choose did not have a key so I finally have to leave the place and look for another hotel. They still have not refund me my money"

"Lairs upon lies. we booked for 2 rooms that they say have 4 king bed. only to be given 1 room with 1 king bed. we were told they could not see our reservation on expedia. yet they saw one room. the offered to move us to a 3 room. At the end, they charge us 195k at check out even though we paid $65 on expedia. pls don't book"

"The issue is the room I stayed in. Liked the vintage furniture. There were health and safety risk within the room ie the fridge cabinet door was damaged could not be closed, same with the shower door. There was a persistent awful and disgusting smell from the toilet /shower room. Convenience was poor ie something as simple as a bed switch for the light was absent.. The room internal walls and door were stained, dirt behind the bed, holes on parts of the wall paper, and more. "
