"We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if in Bishkek. The staff were great and really efficient. The hotel was down a safe alley which made it so quiet for a city hotel. It was a little walk from some of the main attractions but there was plenty to see along the way."
"The rooms in this hotel are very nice, modern and extremely clean. All is brand new. Staff is helpful and nice. What i didn't like was the area (rather ugly and i didn't feel very safe there). Also, it was pretty noisy in the rooms as the windows were not soundproof and there is a street on one side and the children's playground on the other side of this hotel. "
"During my stay JANNAT HOTEL is under renovation
I stayed at 6th floor
But in bath room, water pressure so weak, thus it was very inconvenientb to take shower.
Except this everything was good"
"The deepest dirt I’ve ever experienced. The receptionist guy trying to handle it all alone 24/7, but it’s hard. No cleaners in the property. The room is a simple niche under the roof, without a window, you can’t breath in it. Mostly male dormitory. Toilets are disastrous.
Do not recommend. "

"The pictures on the booking site indicated the room comes with a bathtub, however my room came with a shower. Reception was helpful. There was a decent breakfast spread. The interior of the hotel showed some wear and tear (peeling paint on ceiling) but was clean and comfortable overall."
"Nice and friendly staff. Everyone was polite and helpful. They resolved the issues I approached them about. It was an unexpected surprise when they offered a lunch box on ny last day because I was leaving before breakfast"
"Collected promptly from airport by hotel shuttle. Easy check in - just strange that room was in a separate building, which was more like an apartment block than hotel. That said, all was good.
Breakfast was ‘local/international and plentiful, pool chilly - but a nice facility! Korean restaurant was fun (well priced), did not visit casino, golf or spa.
Hotel located off busy streets, unlike other city hotels which are crazy busy!"
