"When we got here it was just me and my baby so it is difficult getting all our things uo to the room. There was a luggage cart and my 1.5 year old joyfully rode on. I was annoyed because I forgot my phone in the car and we got to the room and the keys didn’t work. I told the man at checkin and he quickly worked his magic and informed me he upgraded my room.
