Chambre situé à coté de la réception. extrêmement bruyant jusqu' a 23h30 (appels privés en haut parleur par le réceptionniste, sonnette de l'entrée, ...). Salle de bain dans un état lamentable. mauvaise qualité du matelas. Petit déjeuner quasi inexistant. Je ne recommande pas.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns zunächst gesagt, dass alle Zimmer ausgebucht sind und wir keine Reservierung hätten. Im Endeffekt haben wir doch ein Zimmer bekommen, allerdings hat es extrem nach Katzenurin gestunken, hatte kein Fenster, die Möbel waren mehr als heruntergekommen und die Betten komplett durchgelegen. Das einzig Positive an dem Zimmer war das vorhandene Warmwasser. Das Frühstück war ok.

belle foto ma la reata è diversa, non mi lamento della pulizia generale ( per me la cosa più importante) ma il livello delle camere è basso, della colazione osceno. inoltre hanno preteso, attendo ancora chiarimenti da hotelcom, un pagamento di circa 2 dollari in più rispetto alla prenotazione con hotelcom, senza che darmi alcuna spiegazione.

The hosteria is close to the bus station, which is nice as all the buses to Torres del Paine depart from that station. It is also close to several supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel itself is very basic, nothing fancy. Our group booked three rooms in separate reservations. Somehow the hosteria could not find two of the three reservations. When we showed the staff the photocopy of the reservation, they said the hotel was full. There was nothing they could do. After talking to someone on the phone and emailing that person our reservation, the staff eventually found a quad room so that the four people who reserved two rooms could stay in one room instead. I have used hotels.com for many years, and this is the first time this happened. I don't know what caused the problem. Overall, the hosteria is fine for a one-night stay, if you just want a place to sleep. And it is better to contact them in advance to make sure that they have your reservation in their system.

Good, easy, affordable spot

Perfectly adequate as a place to spend the night en route from Santiago to Puerto Natales. I was there for less than 12 hours so can only comment on the staff (very helpful), room (decent size, clean), bed (could have been more comfortable), bathroom (adequate), and breakfast (adequate).

Me surpreende que um site igual ao Hoteis.com, ñ vá avaliar o estabelecimento antes de anunciá-lo. Local horrível, sujo, quebrado, depois de dois dias reclamando nos trocaram para uma outra pousada excelente, Isla Morena.

Not the best

The vast majority of people stay in PN out of necessity (to access TdP) rather than choice, and I feel this is reflected by this hostel. It has bear minimum comfort and the staff are unfriendly. We had to catch a bus to TdP early one morning so we got up for breakfast when it was advertised to start only to hear the staff member on duty snoring in one of the bedrooms. We had to wait 20 minutes for him to wake up and organise breakfast, time we didn’t really have. Our room was very shabby and was furthest from the reception so the WiFi barely worked. Overall the hostel is warm and fairly well located (5 mins from bus terminal, 10 mins from town centre) but that’s about it. They did however store our big bags for us while we were in TdP so we are grateful for that.

O teto dos quartos estava mofado e descascando. Era possível ouvir a conversa dos outros quartos. Havia goteiras no corredor do hotel. Pelo valor que cobra não valeu a pena.

Good value for money

It's a nice hostel, good value for money. Staff is friendly. Only downside is the location is not in the center. It's around 15 mins walk from city center, but only 5 mins from bus station.

Good budget stay

This hostel has basic facilities for a short stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was continental, but very good. If you’re looking for a budget stay with basic facilities, this place is good. The only downfall is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations.

Cosy and cute

Love the personal space, own bathroom and cleanliness. Was surprised but pleased to see lace on the sheets and pillowcases (looked more like a fancy hotel than hostel) and the smile pillows were a cosy touch Staff very friendly and helpful regarding sites, locations and for storing luggage when off to explore even after check out time Very convenient to bus depot yet close to stores and restaurants too Best place to stay, my family thought!
