pésima coordinación

Pasamos una situación horrible, después de llegar a una ciudad desconocida y con frio extremo al llegar al hotel nos dicen que es residencia sanitaria ¥! En ese momento tuve que ponerme a buscar hotel con los bolsos , el frio y toda mi familia en la calle, es la peor experiencia q he tenido no se la doy a nadie

This is pretty much all you need in Puerto Natales

Well located, clean, friendly staff and if you are lucky, nice view to the fjord.

Um bom hotel

Muito bem localizado, porém o hotel precisa de uma reforma na recepção e na årea de café da manhã. Os quartos foram reformados e são confortåveis.

Decepcionante

O hotel fica bem localizado, podendo fazer tudo a pĂ©, jĂĄ que a cidade Ă© pequena. O quarto tinha bom tamanho e bom aquecimento, banheiro bom, chuveiro quente, tv com canais a cabo, cama ruim, mas, no geral, nĂŁo Ă© um bom hotel. Começou mal com a cobrança de IVA, sem qualquer menção no site ao fazer a reserva. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ Ă© muito, muito fraco. A Ășnica opção de cafĂ© era o instantĂąneo e tinha que ficar pedindo por favor para reporem as parcas opçÔes de comida (quando nĂŁo diziam que tinha acabado). Como o salĂŁo Ă© pequeno e ainda funciona uma cafeteria ali (sem cafĂ©!!!!), pedem que os hĂłspedes digam horĂĄrio em que pretendem tomar cafĂ©, o que nos pareceu muito desconfortĂĄvel. EstĂĄvamos de fĂ©rias! NĂŁo tem elevador, entĂŁo tem que subir dois lances de escada com a bagagem. Matias, da recepção, muito querido e esforçado. Wi-fi funciona ok. Mas nĂŁo volto.

Bom hotel

Tudo foi bom , quarto com um bom aquecimento , banheiro também bom , em geral gostamos, somente o café da manhã deixa a desejar , mas acho que é geral , tanto Chile e Argentina , recomendo e voltaria !

EstadĂ­a medianamente cĂłmoda en Puerto Natales

El hotel estå muy bien ubicado, a una cuadra de la costanera y a 5 cuadras del centro. Lo malo es que no tiene ascensor, por lo que se debe subir con las maletas por la escalera. El baño no era muy bueno, el shower door se caía con sólo mirarlo. Y el buffet del desayuno era pobre, poco variado.

Para mi familia (todos adultos) resultó una experiencia increíble. Magnífico hotel con diseño espectacular.Personal muy amable como en toda Chile. ¥muy caro!

La gente que atendía la encontré amable, pero de una falta de aseo impresionante, sobre todo el baño, tina sucia, paredes sucias. No lo recomendaría a nadie

OK but over-priced

Overall hotel was OK. Just a few blocks from main square. Recently refurbished. Room was comfortable and everything worked. Basically everything was clean but bath was full of flea type bugs which had to be rinsed away before I could use it. Breakfast was good. Wifi worked. Check out was a shambles - took about 20 minutes due to flat battery in credit card machine - almost ended up paying twice if I hadn't held my ground. No English spoken. Overall OK but overpriced for what it was.
