This is a very nice place to stay. We spent a night left bags went hiking for several days. Came back stayed again. They will hold a suitcase at no charge. The beds are great, staff is very helpful, breakfast had a good assortment. The style is modern industrial so that does make it loud in the rooms as some have mentioned, but they have ear plugs on the night stand if you like. The enclosed porch on the side was nice to sit and eat our take-out. Close walk to the center of town and all the restaurants.

rooms were very clean and all you need in Puerto Natales. Staff was very responsive to our needs. we were able to leave our luggage there while we hiked for 5 days because we were returning after the hike. it was nicely located near a lot of restaurants and shops. definitely would stay there again Bang Chau M.D

Very comfortable, excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. I was very happy that I could have a late checkout while I waited to board the ferry nearby, (well worth the extra $).
