Please leave the apartment in the same condition you rented in. No stains, nothing broken or missing.
Please return the keys to the lock box to avoid a $550 fee to change all locks.
Turn off all lights and Air conditioning. Take trash outside. Leave us a perfect 5 star review. We will do the same.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
