House was clean and centrally located. We wanted something fairly close Santa Clara beach. There are at least 2 restaurants in the Town Center complex.

The host seemed nice. The appartement needs updates. Kitchen was worn down, shower-head was leaking all over the bathroom. There were stains on pretty much every furniture.
