They went above and beyond under some difficult circumstances….the hotel computer system was down which prevented us from getting through the phone line to request airport shuttle pickup at 11:30 PM! "My stay was wonderful,I didn't understand housekeeping was only every other day, so that normally wouldn't of been an issue but I had injured my right arm so daily would of been nice. And I missed my waffles, I understand there was a full house on both properties and that some how impacted the suites so it wasn't offered but I did miss them."

"I have stayed in several dozen Hampton Inns. This is by far the WORST. This hotel needs a top-to-bottom renovation. The rooms are dated and, frankly, not clean. Mold in the shower. Sour smelling carpet in the room. I'm glad we are staying only one night. The only saving grace is the courteous, efficient staff at the front desk. Hampton Inns needs to do better. "

"Its an old time motel. Especially when you walk into the lobby. Theres a couple rooms on the 2nd floor that you can see the front desk from the balcony. Nostalgic.... It was quiet and quaint. I would stay again. Oh could not figure how to work the air conditioning. So i froze a little. But gor the prize and late checkins. It was worth it. "
