  • This upscale 4 bedrooms condo is facing Palm Cay’s Marina and has a direct ocean view!
    It is perfect to host up to 6 adults and 2 children. You will find 3 full bathrooms, as well as a 1/2 bathroom (powder room).
    You will enjoy this upscale layout with high end furniture and appliances.
    The balcony, facing the Marina, is providing a relax atmosphere with outdoor a dining table, lounge chairs and bbq!
    You are only steps away from the beach and from exclusive amenities.
    IMPORTANT: This condo is NOT member of beach club (pool located near the restaurant, facing the ocean with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a tiki bar), therefore the guests of this condo will not be able to apply for membership. You will be, of course, be able to access to the large portion of beach located in front of the beachfront villas and to the smaller rooftop pool located on top of the building!
