• Palm Cay has tennis court, Pickle ball court, mini golf putt, children's playground
• Check with the Palm Cay Welcome center if you would like to join their membership - fees apply and operated by Palm Cay.
• Solomon's Supermarket is only a 3 minute drive away.
• Golf Cart rental available - however best to rent this before you get on island! You can take this golf cart to Solomon's supermarket. If interested, let us know and we send you direct contact information.


Coolibah villa is 2,200 square foot on 3 floors of luxury offering several amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable, including free wi-fi internet and a beautiful beach with snorkeling.

Coolibah villa is air conditioned throughout with central ducted air conditioning.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. Step out to the balcony that looks over a beautiful pristine white sand beach and the famous Bahamian waters.

There is a second bedroom on the same level and is furnished with 2 single beds. It has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The third bedroom on the top floor is furnished with a queen-sized bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a beautiful balcony that offers wide views of the beach and the sea. The fourth bedroom is located on the top floor and has a queen bed, sharing the en-suite bathroom with bedroom 3.

The downstairs floor has a powder room.

The complimentary swimming pool at Coolibah Villa (Starfish Isles residents pool) is only a few steps away. Between block 2 and 3 at Starfish Isle is free for your use!

The kitchen is fully-equipped. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Guests at Coolibah Villa can simply take a short stroll to the club house and enjoy meals or a drink. Since 2018, there is an optional extra fee charged by Palm Cay Club for access to the club amenities. Please visit the Welcome Center for further details when on site. Payment of the fee will entitle your group to use the club amenities including the member's beach and the member's pool. You can of course use the Starfish Isle beach and pool at any time, the tennis courts, children’s playground, restaurants, café, boutique shop, spa and boat charters without paying this extra fee to Palm Cay.
As you are directly on the beach you may not require this option, but some may like to make use of it.

The marina offers several water-based activities, such as charter tours, boat rentals, snorkeling and much more.

Located 30 minute drive from Nassau's international airport and within 10 minutes from downtown Nassau and paradise island. Arrangements for airport pick up to and from the airport can also be made for guests at the time of the booking.

This was our second trip to Mike’s beautiful condo. The beach is heaven- quiet and very private. Plenty of room for our 4 kids with laundry in the unit. We took advantage of private Chef Everton again and the food was delicious. We rented a car this trip and we were glad we did. It afforded us the opportunity to do a day trip to Atlantis, take a snorkel trip and access nearby grocery and restaurants. If you are looking for a relaxing, slow vacation on a gorgeous beach with a beautiful condo, this place is for you!

Beautiful Palm Cay

This beautiful home is directly on the beach. The views are amazing and the water is calm, clear and warm. The resort is literally 100’ away so very convenient to grab food, beverages or just relax by the pool. We had a great time!

Palm Cay was a beautiful property. The water is crystal clear. My family and I enjoyed swimming and snorkeling right out front. We saw a sea turtle and sting ray right out front. Mike is a great host. He is very responsive and helpful. Nice grocery store just down the road. If you want a quiet and relaxing place to stay - this is it. We went to Nassau downtown a couple of times and couldn’t wait to get back to the quiet of Palm Cay. Highly recommend this property - we loved our stay.

Great Family Vacation

We stayed in two condos next door to each other in the same building and it was the perfect place for a large group.Both units (both owned and rented from Mike) were well equipped, clean and had everything we need to enjoy or stay.The location is perfect and the property is beautiful. Mike was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with providing information about the island. We would love to return!

Wonderful, peaceful stay in Palm Cay

My family (5 adults, 2 kids) stayed at Mike’s place for a week and had a great vacation. The house was clean, modern, and well equipped. The beach was beautiful (just like the photos!) and the water was very calm and had lots of shells for my little kids (ages 2 and 4) to explore. We also used the pool at Starfish Isles which was only a block away. Mike was responsive and gave us helpful guidance on navigating the island! Would highly recommend.

Paradise!

I booked this villa for my husband's birthday. We came with our best friends and even though it would have been a blast anywhere, the setting of this place was as close to paradise as possible. It was quiet and private, yet close enough to the marina that we could walk to go grab lunch or dinner without even thinking. The house is perfect for a group, big enough to hang out inside at night, but right on the beach, so we spent the entire time, from 6am to late at night sitting on the beach or the patio.

Quiet Nassau Escape

This Palm Cay property was perfect for our family vacation - away from the tourists/expense of Paradise Island - but an easy drive away. Directly on the beach; amazing views; very clean and spacious condominium. This property has more space than shown in the pictures - lots of indoor and outdoor spaces - most with direct views of the ocean. This place exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful beach front

Location was perfect and the Villa was exactly as promised. Mike was a great host and very responsive to any needs or requests. I highly recommend this property, its clean and updated with all that anyone would need on vacation.

Amazing place & location!

My girlfriends and I stayed at Mike’s place for a 40th birthday trip and enjoyed every minute! It was incredible to walk right onto the beach from the back door and to have a cafe and restaurant so close by. The home was clean and well appointed, and the welcome guide was incredibly helpful. We would absolutely go back!

We loved Palm Cay!

We loved our stay at this property. The ocean view was fabulous! The house was comfortable and stocked with everything we could need. We enjoyed eating at the Pink Flamingo and appreciated recommendations from the staff in The Welcome Center for excursions and restaurants. Mike provided very helpful information about staying in Palm Cay. We would absolutely love to stay here again.
