Warm and inviting home easily walkable to the best restaurants, bars & parks in East Nashville. 12min drive to downtown. 20min drive to airport. Dedicated garage parking spot and additional parking available across the street.
High speed wifi and dedicated work space, huge rooftop terrace w/ tables, fire pit, mini fridge & TV. Well equipped kitchen ready to prepare family dinner. Make-up station with ring light.
Easy self check in, local hosts available to help with any issues!

The Space:
The 1st level includes a garage where guests can park 1 vehicle and a dedicated workspace with a single daybed and trundle bed.
2nd level is the living area with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bath.
3rd level has the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a dedicated make-up station with a ring light perfect for getting ready before a night out!
4th level is the rooftop terrace. We have added a mini fridge and some essentials for enjoying some drinks outside, an outdoor TV, a BBQ grill, a firepit and comfortable outdoor furniture. String lights above for some wonderful mood lighting.
