Great Stay in Nashville

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious with several full bathrooms. We felt like we were in a safe neighborhood, and everything was walkable or a short uber/lyft away. Would highly recommend!

Quiet place located close to the Gulch

Enjoyed the location and quietness of the neighborhood. Wonderful rooftop area with seating and fire table. 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Family weekend

The house was perfect for our home base as we visited Nashville for a family event (at another location). There was plenty of space for the five adults. It was clean and well-supplied (except for paper towels which ran out immediately and we couldn’t locate another roll). Thank you for a rainy but fun weekend!

Highly recommend!

Great layout for our family trip. The host was very nice and responded quickly to our questions. The property had everything we needed and was in a great location. When we travel to Nashville, I would definitely rent it again!

Great Home

We enjoyed everything about this home. Walking distance to the Gulch area. Garage and front door were easy to access. Decor in home was great! All beds were comfy. No issues at all.

Beautiful condo, excellent location, great host

We travelled to Nashville for my 50th b-day and were lucky enough to find Mary’s beautiful, luxury condo in the Gulch. Our party of 9 was comfortable for the duration of our stay. The amenities in the house were awesome, the location in close proximity to all that Nashville has to offer. The host was very communicative, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend.

Luxury feel in The Gulch

Very nice place to stay! There was excellent communication from the property manager and owner. A quieter neighborhood yet still close to all that downtown Nashville has to offer. Our group consisted of 4 couples - and we each had our own space and bathroom. The community area and upstairs deck were comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was clean and inviting. Wonderful stay!

First VEBO experience and it was excellent!

This was our first time using VRBO and it was absolutely wonderful! The host was very good at communicating and made sure everything was perfect about the stay. The photos don’t do Justice for how big and beautiful this home is. We walked to a coffee shop both mornings and easily took an Uber for cheap to Broadway. Perfect walkable stay and the neighborhood felt SO extremely safe.

Great October trip!

This house was perfect for us - 4 couples - everyone had their own room and bathroom. Very comfortable space - plenty of room for everyone in the kitchen and living area and the outdoor balcony. Walkable to the gulch and if you enjoy walking you can walk to downtown Broadway (though longer walk). Short Uber/taxi rides. Owner was very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Spectactular Stay In Nashville!

This was the nicest rental I have ever stayed. The communication with the owner was so easy and the the rental was clean and well stocked with what was needed, The location was actually a 10-12 min walk to the Gultch. It was only a short Uber ride to any place you would want to go in Nashville. We were with 3 other couples and each had their own bathroom attached to there nicely decorated rooms. The separation of bedrooms was also a plus. I highly recommend this and will stay there again when I return to Nashville.

Stay was great!! house was nice, loved every bedroom had a en-suite and there also was a half bath plenty of space for my party of 12 the owner was very good and attentive she answered my calls and text very promptly love it had 2 car garage and a parking space in front of unit, balcony wasn’t very private because it’s a middle unit and you can see and hear your neighbors full conversation, but it is still durable and nice, great stay, I definitely would stay again!!!!

Great stay

We loved the location and the property! It's an inexpensive and quick Uber to Broadway. The property is lovely and great for spending time with family or friends. Beds are very comfortable and it just has a very comfortable feeling overall. One note is that if you have anyone who has problems climbing stairs, this is not the place for you. One bedroom on the bottom floor by the garage. Then up a flight of stairs to the bedroom with the bunk beds, kitchen/living area. The other two bedrooms are up stairs along with the balcony with seating and a fire pit. They do have a small fridge up there for drinks which is great.

Absolutely perfect

I have stayed at many STRPs and NONE have been this clean, this well stocked, and this accurate in their listing details. Prior to arriving the owner communicated with us frequently. Every message I sent was responded to within hours. There are 3 levels so be ready for some stairs. Every bedroom has a private attached full bathroom. There is also a separate powder room. I hate checking into a rental that states "room for 12" but only has meal seating for 8. This home easily had seating for 20. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and place settings. In addition there was a nice supply of little "extras". Bathrooms were well stocked and the towels are nice and thick. The beds and pillows were comfortable for a great night's sleep. My husband and I chose the bedroom right off the rooftop balcony. Our sliding door was open all night so we could hear the music at night and the birds at sunrise. There is ample parking in front and a 2 car garage. We walked to Vanderbilt for graduation. We walked to Broadway to enjoy the music. We walked to the local baseball field to watch the local college team play. There is NOTHING negative to say about this property.

The property was spacious and well appointed. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our party of 5 women! We enjoyed hanging out on the roof deck and we enjoyed the talking topics game at the property. It was not far from downtown and Uber rides were inexpensive.

We had six adults staying in the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was especially nice everyone having their own bathroom along with their bedroom. The kitchen and dining room had plenty of space for everyone to gather for games or catching up after a day out in the town. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very quick in responding to any questions. In fact sometimes so quick I missed her answers I would recommend this place if you're staying in Nashville. We also all enjoyed the outside deck for coffee or a drink at the end of the day.
