We are a chic & cozy urban retreat in walkable & vibrant East Nashville…located only 7 minutes from Downtown Nashville & Broadway Street!

If staying in & getting cozy is what you're in search of, you've found the perfect place! Enjoy the "Cowboy" soaking pool (10'x2'), hot tub, & gas fire pit, all located inside the fenced in courtyard right out your back door!

The courtyard with the spa/pool is a shared space with this home (203B) & the one next door (203A) & is nearly identical in layout.
