Urban Art District Abode

The Urban is nestled in the center of one of Nashville's quaint, up and coming art districts only the locals know, Wedgewood Houston. Just $7 cab ride to downtown. Nightly live music, local food, fantastic bars & galleries all just a minutes drive away.
The space
This Art district abode includes modern and comfortable amenities like an open floor plan with post and beam framing, hand made open shelves, a custom concrete countertop in addition to its modern artsy craftsmanship, it is close to the heart of Nashville's coolest spots: Downtown, Arts District, SoBro and East Nashville. We also have an outdoor patio with lights.

Other things to note
The front door self locks for the guests security after 30 seconds - so if you hear a funny clicking sound it is because the door is not closed completely/correctly.

Check-out time is 11am and check-in is at 3pm. Between these times is when the house is cleaned so we ask guests to respect and acknowledge these times.

While the house and it's street is quaint and super safe with it's elementary school, church (right next door), and neighbors that have lived there for decades, the surrounding area is still up and coming -- like most of Nashville's neighborhoods you travel through some sketchy areas to get to the nicer ones, so take an Uber/Lyft/Taxi/Car to get where you are going.
