The house was very clean and super convenient for going back and forth to Downtown. I am glad I read the reviews so I was prepared for the neighborhood. Kitchen could be stocked a little better for those who choose to cook. Overall, I would stay here again.
My group and I had a great time staying in this beautiful house. It was super clean and the front balcony is awesome. I loved that we could park our cars in the driveway to keep them safe.
We pleased with the location, lay out, & cleanliness of the inside of the property!! We parked two SUV’s in the garage & a full size truck in the driveway…..so parking is perfect!! We had everything we needed….towels, throw blankets to snuggle under while watching a movie. There is a fenced in backyard, so we able to let our dog run around & explore without worrying!! The only issues needing to be addressed were the lawn needing to be mowed & the overgrowth of the bushes in the backyard. This wouldn’t have been an issue, but we would sit outside with fur baby sometimes. We brought this to management’s attention & we’re told these issues would be addressed for their next guests!!
Spacious property that was perfect for a group of 3, allowed us all ample privacy. Awesome kitchen/living room area with plenty of seating for dinner and watching tv. Not exactly walking distance to many main attractions but a short uber ride was all it took to get most places. Garage was a nice feature for our van. 3rd floor balcony was also nice for relaxing outside.
The house is amazing! There's tons of room, it's nicely decorated with plenty of parking and comfortable beds. The area is up and coming so there's remodeled houses and some sketchy ones nearby. There is a housing project right across the highway however it wasn't an issue- we never felt unsafe. Although it's not far to downtown, I recommend taking an Uber since the streets are too busy to walk. We would definitely stay here again!!
We came to Nashville for the Morgan Wallen concert and it was a perfect little stay. The house is absolutely beautiful. The beds are so comfy. The location is perfect. All of our Lyft drivers told us it was a bad area but honestly we didn't notice anything abnormal. Nashville itself seems like its rough around the downtown area in general. I promise this house is safe and you will feel right at home. Thank you for making this an amazing experience.

Nashville
Overall the house was nice inside. Could use painted and the doors cleaned. The location of the house was a little sketchy. But I did feel safe. The lock on the man door to the garage needs fixed.
We were warned about the neighbourhood being a little rough, but we never felt unsafe or had any issues. We only used car services and never walked anywhere. The house was great! Easy quick drive to Broadway and the airport. The house has two fantastic outdoor spaces and all the amenities, so you can enjoy breakfast or any other meal before venturing out. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was very clean. If you have mobility issues, I would not recommend this rental as there are a lot of stairs! All the necessities, such as toilet paper, towels, toiletry items, etc., were provided. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.
Some suggestions- more towels in each bathroom, tissues, and hand soap that either has a dish or use a pump. Getting into the house originally was a challenge as the code did not work the back door we were asked to use. The front door worked fine once the code was updated. The person on the phone was helpful with this. It was nice to have 3 beds each with a bath.

Diamond in the rough
The property is a diamond in the rough. When pulling in the alley to park the car it was a little concerning because of the unkept neighboring properties. However, we had no issues during our stay. The property offered us the convenience of being close to the event we were attending and downtown Nashville. It also offered a fenced in backyard for our dog and a secured two car garage. The home worked for us but you must be prepared to climb stairs. There are two levels with two bedrooms on level one and a suite on the top level. The home was for the most part very clean, although the walls were oddly scuffed, there was a broken chair, a broken light shade and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose, simple items that required attention. We would certainly consider staying there again.
I recently had the opportunity to explore a fantastic three-bedroom, four-bathroom house that spans three floors, and I must say, it truly stands out in several aspects. The kitchen is nothing short of amazing, equipped with modern appliances and ample space that makes cooking and entertaining a delight. The master bathroom is equally impressive, featuring luxurious finishes and a serene ambiance that makes it a perfect retreat. This house also offers a great social atmosphere, with plenty of space for hanging out and enjoying time with family and friends. The proximity to downtown is a significant advantage, making it easy to access all the vibrant amenities the city has to offer. Additionally, having a garage is a huge plus, providing convenience and added security for your vehicle. However, the neighborhood is a bit of a mixed bag. While it is considered "up and coming," it does have its challenges. Although the neighbors around the property were friendly and welcoming, I noticed some concerning activity down the alley, which detracts from the overall appeal. On a few occasions, we encountered individuals asking for change when we were visible from the upstairs deck, which can be uncomfortable. In summary, this house is a gem with its impressive features and prime location near downtown. However, potential buyers should weigh the neighborhood's current state against the home's many positives. If you're looking for a great house with wonderful amenities

Spring break Nashville with teens
First of all, we loved the place and everything was as stated on the online listing! The only reason I rated the area lower was because it’s in a little bit of a rougher section of town, however, we had no issues and it’s nice and quiet, plus close to downtown Nashville, Vanderbilt University, the highway and anything else you want to do! In addition, the reason I rated the check-in process lower it was because our code would not work on the front door when we checked in. As a mom, with her two teenage daughters, in the dark, in a rougher area of town and the code not working in the front door, panic began to sit in . I tried to call the number and they were experiencing a high volume of calls so the automated voice said call back later! Meanwhile, we drove around back and found the garage, and luckily that code worked, and then entered the house via the back door, and the code worked there as well! All in all, we were happy with our stay, and would stay there again, so I would definitely recommend! Just know if your code does not work go around back! Plus, another bonus is that the beds are the most comfortable beds ever, there were games on hand to fill small gaps of time, and the three levels with bathrooms on each level were very nice!
House was fantastic, plenty of room for all 6 of us. Not in the best neighborhood but we just took Uber’s downtown (only like 10-15 minutes away) House was clean and modern.
The host was incredibly welcoming and even left a thoughtful “Welcome to Nashville” message on a whiteboard, which was such a lovely touch. The home’s modern design is absolutely beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely consider staying again the next time we’re in Nashville—just a couple of minor cosmetic items could use attention. While the location isn’t walkable, it’s only a quick 2–8 minute drive to everything.
