Besides being super clean and spacious, it was conveniently located. We stayed for a work conference at the Gaylord Opryland Resort. The morning drive was easy because we were going against rush hour traffic. The owners do an excellent job of communicating. It was a great stay.

My sister, son, and I spent a long weekend in Nashville at this property. It is clean, comfortable, and in a good location. We appreciated the coffee shop and small store across the street and parking (albiet tight) lot in back. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The owners communication was very prompt and she provided many local favorites to help with our stay. Location was near everything we ended up going to. The location was great! Lots of cafes within walking distance or a short drive. Great neighborhood.The only negative was hearing the noise of the children running in the unit next to us and the lights shining through the windows. Blackout curtains would be great! We visited Nashville for the first time with another couple and we stayed here for two nights. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, so it worked very well for our group. Very clean and modern. It seemed like a safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking. We used Uber and they easily picked us up and dropped us off right in front of the building. I would recommend this place.

A Breeze

The stay was a breeze. In and out with zero complications and free parking for the stay. Perfect for a quick stay or a week in Nashville. The king beds were soft and we slept great. Condo was cute and clean and in a good location. Plenty of parking in the lot. Only negatives - the bedroom overlooking the parking lot could use some room darkening shades as it is very bright at night and the adjoining bathroom could use more light as it is very dark. We like to play games in the evenings so another chair in the living room would have been nice. All in all a pleasant stay. We had fun in Nashville!

This was the perfect place for my family’s vacation to Nashville. It is conveniently located, and the setup has travelers in mind with plenty of beds (they’re large, too), a larger bathroom for the room with two beds, comfy mattresses, plenty of pillows, and an abundance of plugs around the bedside tables to plug in electronics overnight. We had everything we needed. I was a little concerned about some reviews saying it was too bright in the bedrooms, but we did not find it to be an issue. We were able to sleep just fine. I appreciated that there was a large tv in the living room but none in the bedrooms. We were able to watch tv as a family and then weren’t distracted by tv in the bedroom. Thanks for a great stay!

Felt Like Home

My kids flew in from NJ to spend Thanksgiving with me and my partner who live 40 minutes from Nashville. This was and felt like home away from home for all of us. I love East Nashville and loved exploring the neighborhood that it is so close to wherever else we wanted to go! Everything in the home was thoughtfully organized/placed and comfortable! Great place to stay with family.

My two teenagers and I stayed for 6 nights at this property. The condo was great, so much better than staying at a hotel. The cost of the rental was comparable to a hotel with a kitchen but has so much more room for me and the kids. It was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was clean and plenty of supplies. The whole condo was clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy and responses from the host were quick. Jen checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Communication was quick and easy. If we need to visit Nashville again we will be staying here. The condo made out visit more enjoyable than staying in a hotel.

The stay was great! We had a small problem with the elevator where it resets and you have to wait for a bit, we contacted the host and she had someone come out and check it out. It was clean, she was easy to communicate with and would always get right back to you. The place looks just like the pictures. The water pressure is low, and I would add curtains in the bedrooms as light filters in and it was not very dark. Other than that, it was great! Coffee shop across the street had coffee and tea and small danishes and bagels. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect place for all things Nashville with mom

Clean and comfortable for our 3 night stay. Nice to have our own bed and bath. Plenty of pillows, soft quality sheets, great AC. Elevator was helpful for my mom and the luggage; (we don't travel light when driving). Good parking lot and it felt like a safe and friendly neighborhood. My only suggestion would be to put some hooks on the back of the bathroom doors to hang a robe and put a small hanging apparatus in the bedroom with 2 beds and no closet access. There was one night of noise from a neighboring apartment but I think it was a guest. Definitely the best place for us.
