Perfect Location

The home was in a great location with easy access to sights, activities, and good restaurants but also in a quiet neighborhood for pleasant evenings/nights. Home was very clean and had a nice layout. Communication with the owner was easy and always got an immediate response. If we come visit again, this would be my go to rental.

Loved this house. We had our dog so having both the front and back yard fenced was wonderful. Loved the front porch swing. Bed very comfortable, house very clean and well stocked. Location is perfect and the neighborhood was nice for walking.

Charming Home perfect for pets!!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was so close to our daughters home so it made it easy to go back and forth. This place is perfect for pets as it has a gated front yard and a privacy fence in the back. The home has such a cozy feel and the furnishings were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet with so many great places to walk the dogs. We will definitely be back!!!

First Time in Nashvile

The house was just perfect for the four of us. It was close to most everything we wanted to see and do in Nashville. It was clean and well stocked for our needs. We would suggest perhaps new towels as they seemed rather old and scratchy. Being short and old I would also suggest a step stool for the downstairs bedroom. It’s tall but extremely comfortable—-in fact all the beds were great! Tim was fabulous when we needed to communicate with him. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for others.

Terrific Spot in Beautiful Neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay at Christmas. Very comfortable downstairs living room area. Upstairs was renovated well. Great large central bath area with double sinks and a nice rain shower head! Downstairs bedroom, though attached to a bathroom with safety bars, had an awfully high bed that might not be safe for someone needing the bathroom safety bars! Be careful not to trip on that curled cow rug in that downstairs bedroom! Enjoyed cooking some Christmas large meals and treats there! Meant to look up the brand name of those pots--very light and easy to clean! Dishwasher had some missing spots in the silverware section so a couple of squares could not be used, but all in all, we had a perfect stay! Thanks for having a nice selection of coffee pods (and other coffeepots if we wanted to brew instead), and having dishwasher and laundry detergent tablets! Thanks also to the nice cleaning crew for doing such a great job before we got there, and for being patient as we put our last things in the car when leaving. We would definitely stay there again!
