Grey Haven: 5 Star Stay, Grill, Fire Pit & More

You’ll feel right at home in this spacious, clean, and cozy getaway. Conveniently located just minutes from grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants, and right off Highway 65. Only 7 miles from historic downtown Franklin and 25 miles from downtown Nashville.

This townhouse is a new build with lots of natural light, high ceilings and an open floor plan. We know it can be hard to remember everything when you are traveling so we have tried to do that for you. We have a pack n` play, a hair dryer, iron, and a grill. This town house also has a full kitchen stocked with spices and cookware for making a nice homemade meal. We have a Keurig and coffee. The bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo and Conditioner and fresh bath towels. There is also laundry on the premises.

We have a 60` smart T.V. A front porch where you can relax and enjoy that first cup of coffee and a fire pit to unwind in the evening. Guests also can enjoy four free passes to the Carter House.

Guests have access to the whole house.

We are always available for a text or a phone call during your stay! We love the Franklin area and would love to help you have the best possible experience.

We live in a quiet neighborhood that is family friendly.

A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.

Do Again Home

The home is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood (Stream Valley) with easy and quick access to 65. Very close to Publix, retail shopping, gas station, etc. About 10 minutes to downtown Franklin and 35 to Nashville (not during rush hour). The pictures represent the home well. Nicely furnished, all the amenities you need, an abundance of linen and bath towels/wash cloths. The kitchen is fully furnished, including plastics for outside use. The fire pit is lovely with nice, comfortable furniture. There's a grill to use and access to the garage. The home is clean, though the carpet and floor could use a little scrubbing. The home was built less than five years ago, so still looks good, but it's getting time for some touch ups. We enjoyed out time in Franklin and the house--would definitely come back.

House is absolutely beautiful! Pictures are very accurate and show just how beautiful it is. It has all amenities that you could need for both kitchen and bath! Nice neighborhood! The owner, Gretchen was wonderful to communicate with and responded in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others to stay her me as well.

Awesome! Great location, super spacious, cozy and comfortable, and tastefully elegant. Check-in was simple with instructions sent 24 hours prior. Exterior neighborhood was high end, family oriented, good parking, safe, and clean. Interior and bedrooms were very cozy with comfortable beds and couches. Washer and dryer upstairs. Huge kitchen with ample dining space. Outdoor patio/courtyard has a firepit with nice seating. Garage connects to house via the courtyard. Location is within 15 minutes of downtown Franklin. Really enjoyed our stay here! Thank you so much!

It is in a nice neighborhood minutes to downtown Franklin and 25 minutes to downtown Nashville. If you want to be close to Nashville but not in it all the time, it’s perfect!

Very family friendly

2nd time stay! Love the clean, modern decor and SUPER APPRECIATE the kids stuff! Pack n play, booster seat and kids dishes make less packing (yay). If I had 2 suggestions it would be to leave a babygate for the top stairs and blackout backing to the curtains would be amazing (us EST people aren't use to sun up at 5:30am). But always enjoying staying there!!

Awesome property

Pictures don’t do the property justice! It’s beautiful and very nicely decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of little touches added throughout the home, for instance the umbrellas by the front door. They actually came in handy as it was lightly raining when we arrived. Highly recommend this property!

We are making our way to Florida and stayed in Franklin for 2 nights we wish we would of booked more time there! It was perfect and so family friendly! Planning a move

We chose this location as a great place to get all around in middle TN. We incorporated college visits along with visiting our newly purchased property. Our stay was fantastic here! The home was clean and very comfortable for the 5 of us. Would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it!!!
