Packer Football Away Game

Great location with quick transportation to downtown. We stayed 3 nights. Spent all time downtown or at Nissan stadium. Plenty of UBER’s at reasonable prices. The host was excellent with communication and feedback on available activities. Would stay again if coming back to Nashville for any kind of activities.

Best kept secret stay in Nashville!

Erin has a amazing house that is super clean and all the little touches that matter. House is easy to find and a great location for anything in Nashville. Our concert was at Geodis Park and we walked to and from, such a life savor. Safe and all directions were easy to follow. Nothing but great things to say about the house and host!

This was such a cute little property! It had everything we needed and even things we didn't. The communication with the host is what made this the perfect fit for us, though! We were all first timers to visit Nashville, and Erin was so helpful all along the way. She provided us a full list of recommendations, and answered SO MANY questions 😅. 10/10 recommend!

5 couples. Arriving by plane and car from Canada. House was easy to access. Clean. Lots of room for everyone because some didnt mind sharing the big room. We took Uber to grand ole opry, Broadway, Football and airport with no problem. Prices are higher though when there are special events, so check. But still cheaper than parking if sharing rides. Erin was great at responding. A fun time was had by all!!

Cute House - Clean

Family stayed over Turkey Day. Cute house Clean. It could use a little TLC. Couch was ripped in the back, didn't effect anything. The kitchen., nice but lacking on utensils, as it was hard to cook without bowls or mixing spoons, etc. and newer cookware. Some of the plates were chipped, mismatched, not a biggie deal. Ran out of diswasher soap. The laundry came in handy! Beds were super comfy. The coffee station, fully stocked... fantastic! Paper products stocked, garbage bags fully stocked, no need to buy anthing. No dresser or closet in the master room, the dresser in the 3 bed room was missing some handles. 2 of the hairdryers didin't work, one did., so all good. There is Industry is behind the house.. garbage pick up was a bit noisy.. Mostly hardwood gave a good echo.. we were trying not to wake up the rest of the house, as we were up at 7 am.. LOL. Towels and sheets were left in the dryer. but there were still towels and beds were made. All in all I would stay again! It was clean, comfortable. Other then me just grumbling about (stuff) there were no issues! Erin, the host checked in.. very responsive!

Great location! Less than 15 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. Host has great communication; fast responses and very nice. Great setup. The front door lock can be a little tricky to get locked/unlocked, not sure if it needs replaced or what, but it worked. Box fans for 2 of the 4 rooms definitely need cleaned or replaced, but they worked for us. The other 2 rooms—1 has a ceiling fan, the other no fan. I’m super picky when it comes to finding places to stay and I loved the place. We’d stay here again!

Great Golf Trip to Nashville

Erin is great to work with and was very responsive throughout the booking and rental process. There was one small issue with the coffee maker, but there are plenty of coffee options very close by. The house had plenty of room and was a great location to everything we did, including Broadway, which was crazy and fun as ever!! Would stay here again on a return trip!

I live in Nashville but with friends and family coming this was the perfect place for all to stay, gather and to launch from. The amenities are well stocked and provided. The decor and the rooms all had what was needed, not overdone. The art is amazing. The home is so quiet and the birds were lovely to hear. All of my gang loved the home and it was our hub. Thank you so very much this made the visit with my people perfect.

After our original VRBO owner canceled our reservation 3 days before check in I was definitely panicking! However I booked with Erin and she was AMAZING from the moment I booked. Communicated very well with us, property was clean and spacious and very accommodating for our family traveling up for a wedding. Thank you Erin and we definitely recommend this place; especially for a girls trip or Bach trip - PLENTY of room for guests and very convenient to Broadway and downtown but located in a quiet safe neighborhood.

The property was as advertised. Plenty of room for 9 adults to socialize. Location is a short drive to Belmont/Vanderbilt U.'s as well as Downtown/Broadway. There is a Walmart and some restaurants less than 5 minutes away. We would stay here again.
