  • Off I40, we offer a modern, beautiful and clean townhouse in the Bellevue area. We are convenient to shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, Ford Ice Center, One Bellevue Place, Warner Parks, Natchez Trace, Loveless Cafe, Checkwood Estate and Gardens, and Belle Meade Winery. The location is about 15 minutes from Vanderbilt and 25 minutes from downtown Nashville,depending on traffic.

    Perfect townhouse for vacation & family visiting in convenient West Nashville, away from the hustle of Broadway (Bellevue is near West Meade & Belle Meade). 1 bedroom on the main floor and 2 upstairs bedrooms, each bedroom having its own private bathroom.

    The space

    This 1,700 sq ft townhouse has everything you need- three huge bedrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, high-speed WIFI, and smart TVs. (There is no basic cable provided. You are welcome to sign into your subscriptions. Please make sure that you sign out upon leaving.)

    Each bedroom has a private bathroom: one on the main level and two upstairs, plus a futon perfect for a smaller person. Plus a half bath on the first floor.

    Keyless entry, we send you the code before you check in! Exterior camera at the front entrance post.

This was a very nice place to stay! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed! It was in a great location and only 20-25 min from downtown Nashville and easy to get to lots of different places we visited in Nashville! Had a grocery store close and quite a few restaurants! We would definitely recommend it to other people to stay!

The home is beautiful. On a beautiful morning or sunny day, the home really captures the sunlight. The location is close to downtown, shopping and other eateries. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen offers a little more than just basic essentials, which was a bonus!

Great home & amazing host

The home was perfect for our group of 6, as it had 3 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, and another half bath in the shared space. Home was in a great location, quiet neighborhood but very quick drive to downtown. And Diane was one of the best hosts I’ve interacted with before, with great communication and responsiveness and going above and beyond to see that we had a great stay.

We absolutely loved this townhouse! Such a great location and only about 20 minutes to downtown. Very spacious with all the amenities you need to make you feel right at home! This 3 bedroom condo had attached bathrooms in every bedroom and a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. Location was about 10 minutes from Broadway and it was nice to be away from the crazyness of downtown. Beds were really comfortable and it was very quiet inside.

Great location about 30 min outside downtown Nashville. Spacious bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Very clear about quite times and not having groups so as not to disturb neighbors so be mindful when booking. We spoke to the neighbor and they couldn't have been kinder.

Great Find in Nashville

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at this lovely property when we visited from Milwaukee and Minneapolis to attend a grandson’s high school graduation. Our family of four adults and three young children were well accommodated. The location was perfect for the weekend events that were held in the west Nashville and downtown areas. The neighborhood is safe and quiet yet immediately surrounded by a variety of casual restaurants and fast food places, grocery store and gas station. The condo was spotlessly clean, very nicely furnished with large bedrooms and baths, several TV’s and a big kitchen. We look forward to returning for future family gatherings.

Updated and spacious!

The townhome looks just like the photos, and it’s very spacious and clean. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The vanities are not big in the bathrooms so had to be a little creative with all our toiletry stuff. Property manager responded immediately w/questions we had. The location was convenient, extremely close to grocery stores, fast food etc. It is located on a busy street so we had some traffic noice while trying to sleep otherwise great stay. Thank you!

This definitely 10/10

The downstairs was great for us older people, lots of bathrooms. The upstairs was perfect for our great granddaughter, she wanted her own bed and bath. And the other bedroom was perfect for granddaughter and her 6 year old. This Townhouse has a lot of special little things you don’t ever get. Loved that it was away from the big city and a lovely upscale neighborhood. Wish it wasn’t so far away would love to go back!!!
