This space offers excellent value for guests who want a well-equipped, private place to relax after exploring the city.

The suite includes a king-size bed, full-body massage chair, pool table, kitchenette, private patio, and separate entrance, making it a great fit for couples, solo travelers, or small groups who prioritize comfort and convenience without downtown pricing.

The Space

This private guest suite is fully closed off from the main home and accessed through its own keyless, contactless private entrance. Guests have their own dedicated space and patio, along with one reserved parking spot directly outside the entrance.

Please note: this is a private suite within a family home. While the suite itself is entirely yours, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds from above. Guests who spend their days out exploring Nashville and keep typical sleep hours tend to find this a very comfortable fit.

This is a smoke-free, vape-free, and pet-free property, including the patio.

This suite is best suited for guests who are out exploring during the day and comfortable with normal household sounds from a family home.

The thermostat is located upstairs and managed by the host; guests are welcome to request adjustments at any time.

You may hear the sump pump activate briefly when using the shower or toilet. This is normal and part of the home’s plumbing system.
