Private Maisonette with Sauna

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This open-concept maisonette offers soaring ceilings with historic exposed beams at the top. It has a full kitchen (gas stove) and a sauna as well!

This house is conveniently located to all things Downtown Nashville has to offer, but makes you feel like you are at a retreat far away.

The house is furnished with designer picked, Restoration Hardware furniture. The bed is a brand new Stearns and Foster's (Lowes Hotel edition) mattress. The house comes equipped with wifi, kitchen essentials, and luxury linens from Portugal and South Africa.

The maisonette looks out into a Japanese botanical garden- inspired yard that comes complete with a coy pond and waterfall.

Very cute place

The property is a guest house, it was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Communication was good and it’s close to Broadway activities but take an Uber instead of walking. Nashville is a fun place to visit! We would book this place again.

Hospitality at its best!

My wife and I needed a quiet place to stay while traveling for a business conference, and we couldn’t have picked a better place! Crystal was a wonderful host and readily available to answer questions and had great shopping and food recommendations since we weren’t familiar with the area. The sauna was a little piece of heaven after being out all day too, which was just an added perk. Will definitely stay again when we visit next time!

Our Cute & Calming Stay

Crystal was very accommodating letting us in a little early before check in so we were able to make our dinner rehearsal on time. The stay was very calming with the room set up and having the sauna was definitely needed for our trip. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt like we were near everything. The added security they offer was very assuring as well (Multiple locks, cameras and door codes). Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Charming property, good location

While the neighborhood is going through some transformation, the property is an idyllic oasis. Not far from any destination in Nashville with great amenities; full kitchen, aesthetically pleasing bathroom with walk-in shower, cozy sitting area, etc... Lovely backyard with pleasant foliage the attracts cheery birds. Nice to have a little parking spot in the secluded alleyway

I stayed here with 2 coworkers/friends. We had an excellent stay just about 15 mins outside of Broadway! Crystal was great with communication and the place was beautiful

Birthday trip to Nashville

Our trip to Nashville was really good. The manager and the description of the place was good, but the location of the property was bad. A property was right across the street from the projects. I mean the Nashville projects. Location is centralized, though where you can get it just about anywhere from the Opry mall to the zoo or the museums in less than 20 minutes.

Great guest cottage

We enjoyed our stay in Crystal”s guest cottage. She thought of everything. We arrived in a heavy rainstorm. We enjoyed the sauna that night. Very close drive to downtown area. Crystal was very responsive when we contacted her. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom & walk-in shower. Everything was very clean. Thank you!!!
