For lunch and dinner, a 10-minute walk lands you among nationally ranked Germantown restaurants such as Rolf and Daughters, City House, and Henrietta Red.



Visiting for the nightlife? Neon-lit Broadway is just 1.5 miles away. Visit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, sing along at famous honkey tonks like Legends and Tootsies, catch a show at the Ryman Auditorium, cheer on the Preds and the Titans, and so much more.

The downstairs open floor plan features an oversized designer kitchen that is equipped with a wine fridge, KitchenAid stand mixer, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more. Cook up delicious homemade meals and gather around the island that seats three or the dining table that seats up to eight (with table insert).



There are 4 bedrooms to choose from when it's time to call it a night. The main bedroom has a king bed, TV, and en suite bathroom complete with dual sinks, a standing shower, and a soaking tub. It also features an incredible walk-in closet with washer and dryer. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds and Bedroom 4 has 2 full beds.

- Parking is available for 1 car on the back parking pad. Additional cars may park on the street at a first-come, first-serve basis.

- Note - the fireplace is decorative and will not be operational for use during your stay.

Wonderful stay near downtown Nashville

We were five girlfriends visiting Nashville for the first time. This house was perfect - great location, clean, comfortable. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the fire pit, but we had a great time!

Great stay for girls trip!

We had a fabulous stay at Hope Gardens. We were 6 women and there was ample space for us all to be comfortable. Quick 5 min uber to Broadway. I definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Nashville!

Girls Week

My girlfriend's and I have traveled together for 30 years. This is one of the best places we have stayed. The beds were comfortable. The whole place was so spacious and clean. It was in a great location for us to do everything we wanted to do and it felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Fantastic place to stay.

We were 2 families, enough space, very nice Kitchen. Very well planned rooms for stay. We loved the proximity it had to Opry mall. Only issue was the gaming room which was listed on the site was not available. That was a disappointed, it was listed and after booking it was removed.

Great location

Hope gardens has a great location!! The Farmers Market and Bicentennial park are a few blocks away. An Uber ride to Broadway is around $17. The house was clean but had a slight sour odor. It would have been nice to have directions on how to use the tv/Roku.

Excellent home in a great location!! We had 8 of us in the house and plenty of room to spread out. We loved walking to the Farmers market and to Broadway. Would highly recommend this house so close to everything in Nashville :)

50th Birthday W/ Lifelong Girl Friends

Great place for me and my childhood girl friends to stay for our first adventure together in Nashville. Cute neighborhood and quick Uber ride to all the popular Nashville neighborhoods. Only 15 mins from airport. Loved how roomy, cute and clean it was. We felt very safe and comfortable staying here.

Great place for Groups

This home was perfect for the 8 of us. It was clean and as shown on listing. The dishwasher and garberator was not working but when I contacted staff they offered to come fix. They could stock a few more towels for the kitchen. Also when I washed for more kitchen towels they brought more over! It was a little further from Broadway than expected but was walkable…but not in the heat the week we were there! Definitely would stay here again!

Very Surprised

We were looking for a place to stay in downtown a couple nights prior to a wedding outside of town. I thought the location was too far from downtown when looking online but for the price I chose it. I was wrong. We could walk very easily downtown but an Uber was like $10 for all six of us. Its only a block away from a huge farmers market and very quiet compared to downtown locations. Loved it

Fantastic Property!

Beautiful home, well stocked, clean, bright, and perfectly located. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend for anyone. That said, we did have an issue with accessing the property. I did not receive instructions until an hour before arrival, and I could not reach anyone or get a response. Once I finally did, the code to the front door did not work. Again, it was extremely difficult to reach someone at the property management office. Once I did, they were great but it took about 35 minutes of my trying to call them.

Amazing House

The house exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of space for two families and grandma who was in a wheelchair. The location was perfect being by the farmer's market and the Hop On Hop Off Trolley as well as a quick uber ride to Broadway for all of the eateries and bars. We travelled with a 2 year old and 4 month old infant and were suprised to find pack n' plays and a baby bouncer seat. Those were a life saver. Only complaint is that we had to call the morning of our flight out there to get our check in instructions (I was so nervous), but once we called they sent the email very quickly. Highly recommend this house. It was beautiful!

Nice stay

Was able to check in 10 minutes early for 3 night stay. Property was clean and accurate with photos. Was within walking distance (under a mile) of some bars and restaurants. The Farmers Market had a lot of food options and a tap room. A short 5 min Uber ride from Broadway. The only issues I had with the property was it was extremely cold upstairs where we needed extra covers or sweatshirts. This was passed onto management team along with photos is both main and upper thermostats. I was advised to would be looked at but never received a resolution during our stay. Also, a book on how to operate thermostat, tv and Things to do at checkout Would be helpful. Would stay again if I wanted to be away from main downtown.

Awesome place for exploring Nashville by foot

Property was actually better than advertised, Short walk to Farmers Market; intermediate walks to Painters Alley and Broadway. Everything was as adtertised or better EXCEPT check-in. We drove from Texas and arrived 45 minutes early. Initial communication from management stated if available early, they would let us know. Upon arrival I contacted company as house was vacant and no cleaning crew was on sight (obviously available). Response was cut and paste verbatim of earlier email. Feel customer service is lacking and response was simply lazy. Wife and I retired two years ago and travel 6-7 months of the year, I know when my chain us being yanked. LOZVE the property; management group not so much. Also, need to repair rear gate lock assembly, and to take it apart to get garbabge out.

Convenient location

Location was great. Nice area and enjoyed walking to nearby Farmers Market and coffee shop. Air conditioning was not working properly upon arrival. We contacted property management a few times before response. Air was fixed. It would have been nice to have a vacuum, more hand towels and kitchen dish clothes. Note, there are no local tv stations, streaming only. Previous post showed master bed squeaking and it was not repaired. It squeaked with every move. The overall house was good and we would stay again.

Perfect for 4 Couples

My husband and I stayed at Hope Garden Havens with 3 other couples. The house met all of our needs - enough beds, bathrooms, spacious kitchen, etc. It was also clean and stocked with the essentials we needed for our stay - shampoo, body wash, soap, coffee, filters, garbage bags, etc. The only issue we had was with the upstairs thermostat. The air conditioning wasn’t working upstairs. It was 83°. I was told it was being worked on and someone would get back to us. Not wanting to sleep in the heat again, we tried changing the battery in the thermostat and the AC did come on. The only issue was we weren’t able to see or control the temperature so it got incredibly cold inside. I let them know we were having the reverse problem now and they said they were sending a technician out. The tech was called to another job so issue wasn't fixed during our stay.

Girls' trip to Nashville Hope Gardens VRBO

The inside was beautiful. Nicely equipped. Very clean. Nice closed in back porch. Everything was as described. A couple of complaints. Not enough towels for 8 women and the king bed in one of the upstairs bedroom was very noisy. Old metal frame and springs. Every time you moved it squeaked. Also the property managers were not very helpful. We called ahead to ask for a late checkout as our flight was not leaving until 6:00 p.m. and were told that was not possible because the property was rented again the same day we checked out. I asked if they had any suggestions about what we could do with our luggage for the day and they said no and it sounded like they didn't care. We found out there was a luggage depot downtown which we used but I think the property manager should have known about this and been more helpful. Also we had trouble trying to access programming on the television. I called the property management and was not at all satisfied. We did think the neighbourhood would be a little better but we learned it was a great location. Easy walk to Broadway. Kroger grocery store was very close. We found the Lyft service was cheaper than taxis but the app was not very friendly. We needed two vehicles for the 8 of us and you couldn't order them at the same time. We discovered on the second last day that the We Go public transit was very cheap and very convenient. Definitely recommend Nashville and this Hope Gardens VRBO property.

Four couples stayed in this house for a fun packed visit to Nashville. Owners are great and communication was very good. This home served all needs and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if had the opportunity
