Enjoyed the location, short drive to everything we wanted to do in Nashville! Apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! Would recommend to others looking for a cute little place close to everything!
Wonderful, clean, and spacious rental. Everything we could have wanted. The beds were comfortable as was the seating. We really enjoyed our two night stay.
Convenient and quiet. We needed a spot for a couple of nights as we were in town for a show. The space was quiet and convenient to downtown. Hosts were not needed - instructions for access were clear and complete. Will certainly consider this space for future trips!
Even though it was in their basement, we had complete privacy. The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay. About 15 minute or less drive to the Nashville Municipal Auditorium.
Good and fast communication with the owners, who we found a bit reserved. Great apartment to stay for a few days to discover the city. Too bad you don't have a view outside from the apartment. Nice beds.
We enjoyed our time in Nashville and this basement apartment. The apartment is a little cool in the summer, but they do provide heaters if needed. The driveway is a little steep and a little hill from the vehicle to the door of the apartment. We were very comfortable here, the beds slept great, the kitchen was adequate, great hot water...very enjoyable!
Our stay was wonderful! Our hosts had thought of everything. The directions were clear, the communication was great and the property was exactly as it was pictured and described! The neighborhood was quiet and quaint and we all commented on how nice it was, and how convenient it was to get to downtown from there. It was about a 10-minute drive. And it was an easy drive. We would stay here again!
This was a nice place to stay. The driveway though was horrible. We are all over 50 and it was difficult just to walk from the vehicle to the door. Was nice and quite.
The housing was fabulous. Very clean comfortable...felt like home. Great location to places we hsd planned on visiting..great response when we needed additional items
The host was very good with communication to get us to and in the apartment! We woke up on checkout day to a dead battery and the host was so kind to help us jump our vehicle. The apartment is close to all the fun in Nashville! Would definitely stay here again! If you’re thinking about booking DO IT!
We loved the apartment and it was perfect for us. Only problem was when we parked, the car was slanted on the slope and the passenger needed help in holding the door open to avoid it swinging back and hitting them. For us it wasn't a problem, but for someone older or physically challenged, it would be difficult to manage the door and then to do the slight climb to the sidewalk.
During our stay, we went on a grand old operator tour and finished our night with a tractor party wagon ride through the bar district in Nashville. Afterwords it was nice to know we only had an eight minute drive back to our Vrbo. Thanks for hosting us.

Driveway needs markings on both sides to identify edge of driveway. Entrance or foyer has smell like wet animal. Bed in small bedroom has bugs. Rest of dwelling is acceptable and clean.
We loved our time there. It was quiet. The only suggestion I would make is fix the dip in the driveway to the visitor parking. The drop off is steep for a car. I thought I broke something on my car the first time I parked. Luckily I was experienced enough to back up the driveway and into the visitor spot past the dip. Other than that the place was fantastic.
The property is secluded, but has a perfect navigational pathway to downtown. It's very nice, has been updated for the most part. I picked up poison ivy on the first day, totally my fault, I went out barefooted to the parking space, that was my mistake. There is ivy around the exterior common area, so you just have to be aware of that. The street name says it all. The driveway and parking can be a real problem for some, it's a at least a 8-10 degree pitch, so it makes everything a little interesting. The private entry and walkway are also at least a 5 degree pitch, and there is moss on the path leading to the entry, when it rains, it's especially slippery. The only criticism of the inside is that there is black mold growing in the bathroom on the upper wall of the shower. It was very nice overall, but the cleanliness of the space was a little needing. We did enjoy our stay, and Shannah and Rich were very nice and accommodating. But the next time we're in Nashville, we'll probably stay somewhere else.
