A few blocks more to shops, bars, breweries, music venues, and 5-10 minutes from downtown music central♫ ♫This is the private upstairs apartment/entire floor, of a 2 story house, so you have everything to yourself(private entrance, kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room. The space sleeps up to 4 people with a standard queen bed for 2, and an available queen air mattress or convertable couch for 2 more in main room. ♫♫ Free off street parking and Everything you need for the trip from bedding, towels, bathroom items, and cookware are provided. I have the best Nashville restaurant, venue, attraction and event guide available for guests♫

Easy check-in. Spotless inside I loved the smell or the fresh smell of just being cleaned. Plenty amenities if you wanted to cook a meal. Plenty of bedding and blankets and towels. Also close access to all the restaurants bars and shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location to get to everything we wanted to do while in Nashville. The neighborhood was quiet and there are plenty of grocery stores, bars, and restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for golf trip

Perfect for two

My husband and I stayed here on our trip to Nashville. Only a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown, quiet neighborhood, and the place has everything you’ll need. Highly recommend staying here for your next trip.

Short but great trip!

My daughter and I came into town for a short 2 day trip for a concert and rented this 1 bedroom apartment. I could not have been happier with my experience here. The place was very clean, well stocked and had great quality stuff. Seth really does his best to make you feel like you are at home by providing everything you could possibly need while staying at his place. I will definitely look to stay here again on any return trip.

Close to everything

This property is in the perfect spot for literally everywhere you want to go and have a quiet, clean, and safe place to go back to. 15 minutes to Opry Mills and less to Broadway. It also has a coveted parking space sought out in Nashville! Seth was really great with any communication we needed. Definitely worth checking out!

Overall fine. Wouldn’t say it’s “walkable” to great spots but it’s a short drive to most things around Nash. Quiet spot. It’s a converted upstairs of a house with a private entrance and stairs going from up the outside of the house.

Suggested improvements

An elongated toilet would be welcomed by any man. Just saying. TP on a stand would be easier for everyone. I moved a table to the wall at the foot of the bed. There is an outlet there, and I was able to set up my chargers for my devices very conveniently. A small lamp in the TV area with a dimmer would be great, and perhaps a floor lamp with a dimmer or 3 way bulb in the dining area/entry would also be nice. Location was perfect, and I appreciated being able to park off the street.
