Mike was excellent in communications, the property was in a great location. We could walk to Vanderbilt and a great strip of shops and restaurants. The place had a ton of space for our group of 9, but be prepared as there are three sets of stairs! Would absolutely recommend.

This was a great place for our crew. The location was perfect -- wonderful safe neighborhood close to Vandy and Belmont. We had a group on nine, including three generations, and it worked really well. The hosts were great! Very easy to communicate with and responsive. The house was very clean and inviting and parking was really easy.

Awesome rental!!

We loved this property! Communication with owner was great from the time we booked. Rental is well stocked with everything you need, clean, and spacious for 8 teens/adults. Walking distance (or very short drive) to great shops & restaurants. We were in town for a baseball tournament & enjoyed just hanging in the (well air-conditioned!!) house between games. Great experience!
