Beautiful townhome located next to Geodis Park Stadium! Perfect spot to experience the fun of downtown, but lay your head down at night mins away from the hustle & bustle of Broadway. Comfortably sleep 6 with an optional air mattress for 7 & 8.

Our home is perfect for the group of 8 & pet friendly! Enjoy the hardwood floors, new kitchen, and an open living area with plenty of seating! The bedrooms have king beds, each room with an ensuite bathroom. When you enter the home, there is a mudroom that leads to the first king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Up the stairs, you will find a full eat-in dining room, equipped kitchen, living area, and outdoor patio. There are two bedrooms on the 3rd level with ensuite bathrooms. There is an air mattress available for person 7 & 8.

The garage is equipped with a cornhole, ping pong table, dart board, card table, and life size connect 4! (No parking available in the garage)

Expect a well-equipped kitchen with cooking and baking necessities to prepare meals at the home with a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig and a stove top tea kettle.

The house is a short walk to Geodis park. You'll be within 0-5 miles of all the popular Nashville neighborhoods including Berry Hill, 12 South, The Gulch, Vanderbilt, Belmont, and of course, Honky Tonk Row!

Great stay!

Best place yet in Nashville after 5 CMA Fest events. Great location for Lyft downtown and back. Very safe and quiet neighborhood and the house was amazing!

Overall we give the location 4 stars. This is mostly because of some cleanliness concerns. The lower level bedroom and hallway is a cemented floor. We recommend rugs in the bedroom, runner in hallway, bathroom. The floors felt dirty. A dresser in the room would be helpful too. There were cleanliness concerns with the main sofa too. The kitchen area is nice and seemed to be stocked with enough utensils, pans, Keurig/kcups, etc. The appliances were nice. For location it is was only 5-10 minute drive to Broadway using Uber (depends on traffic). This distance was not a problem for us. Overall the cleanliness items are a quick fix to manage after each stay. We had a family of 5 adults stay. With the stairs, may not be a good place with a family of young children. The people from Urban Nashville Rental were very nice and quick to reply when we had questions/concerns before the stay, during and after.

The owner/management has every detail covered. The unit is gorgeous and comfortable. Large TV's in the living room plus all the bedrooms. In the weeks before we arrived, I had questions here and there and their response time was quick, friendly, and precise. After we arrived, the only time we needed them was when one of the remote's batteries died. They came within a few hours. I can't say enough about this rental and the people that run it. It's convenient to Broadway as well. I do have a suggestion or two. Two of the 3 bedrooms have very little storage. There's really no place to put anything and there are no hooks on the doors. In the1st floor bedroom, the mattress is very high, and the room at the top of the steps on the third floor, also no storage, and the mattress is extremely soft. The main primary was perfect. But honestly this place was GREAT and we would rent it again in a heartbeat. A big thank you to our hosts. You organization and efficiency is appreciated.
