The Space:
This home is brand new, newly furnished, three story, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home.

Each of the 4 bedrooms features beds single to King.

There are 4 full bathrooms. There is a huge walk in shower and vanity, perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town! There is also a bathroom with a tiled shower and tub surround.

Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews! Ordering in is easy too - Uber eats, door dash and Postmates all deliver here.

Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided.

This property was perfect! It was in an amazing location and easy to Uber to and from Broadway. I loved that we had bedrooms on different levels for those who didn't want to stay up or wake up with the group. I will recommend this property to everyone. The view from the rooftop was stunning.

The place was not as advertised. No games room, the place was horribly dirty, broken door knobs, broken beds, plate of food stuck to a pillow, smoke alarms beeped constantly, door lock to get in was broken, roof leaked when it rained. Pieces of meat all over on the rooftop. Looks like the place has not been cleaned in years. The walls were stained with drinks and again just a build of of dirt/dust all over. We had to keep our shoes on and not touch anything we didn't have too and if we did, we had to clean it first. Other than that, Location was the only good thing. Very disappointed especially with 3 teens who were looking forward to more than just cornhole.
