Nashville getaway

Jen's place was absolutely adorable. Super clean, awesome location (water views), quick 5 minute uber ride to Broadway, easy parking & check in. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Nash!

We completely loved our stay at Jens place. It is very clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The balcony view is awesome and it is very close to all the best restaurants. I definitely recommend.

Cute condo on the river

The property was cute, nice decorations, I would like to see the tiles in the bathroom floor repaired. But good stay and good distance to Nashville downtown area. Thanks for the stay!

Great condo

This condo was a great stay. It was exceptionally clean and had a great view of the river. The pool was fun for the kids. It was close enough to all the action in Nashville but far enough away that it was quiet. The property manager was absolutely wonderful to work with, very quick in her responses to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

By Broadway… hmm

While it is about a mile from Broadway we didn’t walk as near lots of construction, and didn’t feel it was safe to do so at night. The condo was clean, and perfect if you have a pet. But, it definitely needs some revamping in the bathroom. The living room view of the river was lovely.

Overnight in Nashville to take in Broadway

We loved our stay in Nashville! It was an easy walk along the River greenway to get to Broadway ( and we did some scooter riding for fun). After returning for the evening we lounged in the very nice pool. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the decor offered fun and elegant touches.

Found the dress

We came to Nashville looking for my sister a wedding dress. This was the perfect property for us to stay at. Close enough to downtown but also far enough away for it to be quiet.

Sister vacation

What an amazing place for two sisters to reconnect, have fun, and enjoy each other’s presents. Owner was Responsive and checked in to make sure if we needed anything. Will definitely book again

Just Right!

The condo was just as it was listed, we really liked the layout and it worked perfectly for a get away. The location works out great, as the walk to Broadway is very doable. We felt safe along the walk and had no problems. Condo was neat and clean and was supplied with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for 2 people

This condo was in a great, safe location. it was very easy and convienent to find and so close to so many different attractions. Since it was a bit chilly we did Uber to the downtown area which only $7-$10 which I thought was very reasonable. Very clean and comfortable residence. Beautiful looking out on the river as well.

Perfect

We really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and they thought of everything to enjoy your stay It was themed perfectly for the location. It was on the river and we enjoyed the little patio and watched the water and the barges. It was also close to walk to Broadway and a quick cab or Uber ride back at night. It was an easy checkin/out procedure and the owners were easy to contact and quickly responded. We had a nice time and would stay here again! Thanks so much!

Excellent price & location to Downtown Nashville

The unit was clean, & modern. The deck has a wonderful view of the river & if your an early riser the sunrise is so beautiful, best seat to sip coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, & all the equipment to cook a meal. The walk to downtown is a nice & beautiful 17 mins. Make yourself a cocktail to help shorten the walk LOL.

Poorly maintained, poorly furnished, pictures not truly representative of actual condition & furnitu

We were truly disappointed and surprised after what we paid. The bank had slid into the river, trees and all starting at the edge of the tiny deck. Ants were in every room including our beds. The location was outstanding. The furnishings were especially poor in the bedroom. Poor lighting. Other than location very very disappointing

Moldy and it’s next to a continuous train station that runs every half hour. Noisy

This condo has mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and on the floor by the tub were dirty. The window view from kitchen looks directly into the parking lot. The deck was filthy, bird poop and cobwebs. The entire place smelled like mold. No hair dryer/ which was advertised. Trains ran every half hour very loud. The pool is located about a 1/4 mile walk through the dirty parking lot. Uncomfortable beds too. I would not recommend this place to a dog. And I did take pictures of before and after to protect myself from any one who might think I am not truthful.

Good overall

Arrival & departure super easy. Place was clean, except for a few spots in the bathroom, not a dealbreaker, but it could probably stand for a paint job (especially the ceiling) and touch up the painted tiles which are chipping, and give a good scrub to the corners, etc. The balcony was dirty & covered in cobwebs (I like to have my morning coffee outside, so this was important to me). The surrounding area does not offer much. Yes, you can walk to stuff (about 25 min minimum), but the immediate neighborhood looks like it will still be several years until it’s built up. Very industrial, with railroad tracks, a cargo train/bridge passing by regularly and large industrial containers sitting on the river . We never did find the pool, the space would have benefitted from a binder with instructions for stuff like that, not just texts within the app, which I found cumbersome. That said, the owner was responsive, and we appreciated the space itself, the coffee, the games.

Close to Broadway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owner was able to be reached at a very late hour when we had difficulty getting in the door the first night. I think it was more of an issue with me than the door itself as my husband and I later realized! We were not too sure of the location as we were getting there late at night but it turned out to be fine. It was a quiet area. The pool looked nice but we did not end up using it. It is a short walk to Broadway and we did not have to use our vehicle for anything other than a quick trip to Walgreens and deciding to go to a movie theatre late one evening. I do have allergies though and hope the owners were just too busy to dust and clean out the cobwebs lately. Outside of that, it was sufficient for our needs! We will probably stay here again!
