The house is beautiful and very spacious. We went to a near by grocery store and was able to make breakfast and other meals there with ease. The place was clean and perfect for our 9 people with room for more. Recommend highly

Excellent Stay

We traveled to Nashville for a football game with 4 teenage boys. The property was great with plenty of room for everyone to have their own bed. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely book here again!

Pleasant Stay at a Pleasant House

The house was well furnished and very accommodating. We were able to have everyone sleep comfortably and spend time in any area with any group. I highly recommend this house if you need to stay near downtown but don't want to be in downtown Nashville.

This house was incredible. We were a group of four couples visiting Nashville for the first time. The location was so convenient to downtown, just a quick Uber ride. The beds were comfortable, lots of space to hang out as a group or get away from the group if needed. Definitely worth the money and we would book this house again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and comfortable

This home was perfect for our family of 9 (all adults). Lots of room to spread out. Could have used a 3 bathroom for group size, but bathrooms were spacious and modern. Owner responded to questions quickly. Just far enough out of busy areas but close enough to go back and forth. Would highly recommend to others and would stay here again!

Great Stay for Bachelorette

We really enjoyed our stay here! The beds were comfy, and the house was very spacious. It comfortably fit 12 of us. The host was quick to respond and helpful. We ubered back and forth- it’s about 15 minutes from downtown. We felt that the location was good as well.

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful and has plenty of bed/sleeping space for everyone to be incredibly comfortable. Some of the furniture could use a solid cleaning, but overall we would happily visit again!

Birthday Weekend

Had a great time celebrating a couple 21st birthdays. Plenty of room for us, our daughters, and their friends. The place has plenty of space for the group and was comfortable. Excellent location to Uber/Lyft to Broadway for about 10 per trip. Would stay there again and recommend. The owners were very responsive to questions as well.

We had 12 of us to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. House was great. Plenty of open gathering spaces, rooms were great with plenty of sleeping. Quick drive to Broadway. This was the perfect house for a large group.

Beautiful updated home

We were in town for a weekend golf trip, the location of the house was great for us. We were able to easily commute to the courses up NE while also having easy access to downtown, as well. While this may not be a great location for young children due to there not being much for them to do locally, it’s great for adults!

Amazing Home

Home was very clean and accommodating for a group of 12. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this one ranked towards the top for cleanliness upon arrival. The checkout process was super smooth and fast, convenient for an early morning departure. The location was a short Uber to everything on our agenda. I can easily recommend this home for groups of all sizes, up to 12!

Clean, spacious property. 10 minute Uber ride from Broadway

We stayed with a group of 8 and it was perfect for us. Lots of room and the house was clean and well stocked, it was as advertised!It was located on a quiet up and coming street.We stopped at a variety store a couple blocks away and the owner informed us that it was unsafe to be in there but overall we felt more than safe at the house and on the street. The house was everything we hoped for and more

Our Stay

The property was great for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out, with everyone having their own space to sleep. The only item that came up during our stay was the speed of the internet. A few felt it was slow and made it difficult to stream. Overall, the property was great, and the property hosts were very easy to communicate with to take care of needs as they came up.

Nashville Vacation

Overall the house is very nice and located close to downtown. It was an easy uber ride to the downtown bars. We also found some local restaurants that were good. We had a few issues with lights not working but the property manager came over the 1st night and replaced the bulbs that were out. Unfortunately Nashville had some bad rain storms right before we arrived so that made the outside unusable but we enjoyed hanging out as a family instead.

Clean and Spacious

This was a great house for our group of 8 friends (4 couples). The house was clean and modern. The beds were confortable and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed. We Ubered to downtown each day and it ranged from $12-25. It was nice to stay away from the business of downtown area, but still have easy access. The host had quick responses to my questions. I would stay here again.

Awesome Girls Weekend

wonderful house, plenty of room for the 10 of us. quiet safe neighborhood close to downtown. host is great. The only thing I would suggest is pack some towels. We only had 1 towel per person, 1 hand towel per bathroom, no wash cloths or dish towels. Other than that everything was awesome, would stay there again!
